Happy Tuesday!
If you missed my Flourishes card...don't worry, just scroll down one post or click right HERE!
Here are the fabulous colors for this weeks Color Q Challenge #121.
Here is my idea......
My inspiration for this layout came from this weeks Card Patterns Sketch #149.
To follow this layout I decided to dig out one of my poor neglected SU Sets called I (heart) Hearts. The base was created with the Spellbinder Blossom Die. The Kraft CS was embossed with the Cuttlebug Love Language Folder. Next I created the White BG Heart by using my Photoshop software. The SU Heart was inked in Riding Hood Red. The rest if my card was embellished with some Lace Ribbon, Red/White Gingham Ribbon, some Flowers, a Old Olive SU Button with some White Scrapper's Floss and of course some Silver Pearls.
For more inspiration swing bu the Color Q Blog and check out all the cards the Design Team created and of course all the entries so far!
See you soon! Have a fabbo week!

FTTC153 Center Step Card - CHECK IT OUT!!!
Happy day friends!
We have a fun, fun, fun challenge for you over at the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC153. Cindy has challenge us to create a *CENTER STEP CARD*. These are very fun to make if you can read instructions...LOL!!! I must admit I struggled with the first one, since I couldn't find my Fiskar scoring tool....yikes!!! Of course there is a great tutorial over at SCS you can follow and we hope you'll play along!
Here is my attempt.....
I decided to grap my beautiful Bee My Honey Set. The background features the Spellbinder Fleur de Lis Squares Die. I added a few more layers and then stamped the image, which was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colors with these Copic Markers ~ R93, YR04, Y15, BV02, B00, YG11, G21, E25, E27, C1 and Colorless Blender. The rest of my card was embellished with some piercing, PTI Ribbon, SU Button with some Scrapper's Floss, and the Silver Pearls.
Now it's time to hop on over to the rest of the Design Team to see all their ideas ~ Cindy, Maki, Heather, Tammy, Beate, Mona and please don't forget our January Guest Designer Cheryl Lea.
Have a fabbo week and make sure to come back in the morning to check out my Color Q card :) !!!
Hugs, ~Silke~

Today, I have a new card for the Oh la la Challenge #97. Swing by the Oh la la Blog for all the details.
I was provided with the Lilly of the Valley Package and chose the large tag from it. The sentiment is from the new Flouirshes Heartlines Set. Next I embellished my card with some Bown Satin Ribbon, a matching Button, Scrapper' Floss, Flowers and the Silver Pearls.

ODBD Alumni Team - CHECK IT OUT!!!
Happy Thursday everyone!
First, I want to thank you for leaving so many sweet comments on Sarah's pageant pictures....she was so delighted to read the comments and I know it boosted her ego as well...LOL!!! If you missed them you can see them HERE!!!
You probably have noticed that I'm not participating in the Saturday ODBD Challenge Team posts anymore.....don't worry....I'm still creating for Our Daily Bread Design, just in a different format. We have an *ALUMNI Team* now and you will be excited to see what designers Kelley brought back!!!
Today is our first hop and the theme is *LOVE of Custom Dies Hop*. We all are showing off the fabulous ODBD Custom Dies Kelley carries in the ODBD Store. Please make sure to start over at the ODDB Blog and then work your way back to me...or if you came directly from KATHY'S Blog then you are right on track!!!
One of the post is a hot spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to win a $15 ODBD store gift certificate. So, all you have to do is hop along and see all the creations and leave a little love! You have until February 1st at 6 pm. Winner will be announced February 2nd! So, get hopping and enjoy all the inspiration using for the Love of ODBD Custom Dies!
Here is my idea....
I decided to create a Trifold card using the Crocheted Circle Die and the matching Serve the Lord Set. The image was inked in Memento Black Tuxedo and colored with these Copic Markers ~ E00, R14, R17, YG11 and G21. To cover up the *bleeding* of the coloring I decided to add some Design Paper from the SU Poppy Parade Pattern Design Collection. Since the cut out image was left over I thought it would be perfect for the inside...and added the sentiment from the same Set. To dress the card up a bit I added some scoring and embellished the front with some Silver Pearls, some Black/White Gingham Ribbon as well as some Flowers.
Okay...now it's time to hop on over to my sweet German buddy SABRINA!
Hugs, ~Silke~

CQC120 CHECK IT OUT!!!
Happy Tuesday again!
I'm so excited to share with you all that I'm the newest Design Team Member over at the Color Q Challenge Blog....YEAH!!! I want to thank Arielle and the team for having me!!!
If you are not familiar with the Color Q colors then hurry over the the CQC Blog to see all the entries for this weeks color combo and all the ideas the team had so far.
Here are the new colors for this weeks CQC120.....
Here is my idea....
I must admit this color combo was a tough one....but then my Design Paper Collection Gypsy Sisters from Kaisercraft came to my rescue. It pretty much has all the colors that are required in there...all I had to do is add the Bravo Burgundy. The main images are from the Flourishes Set called Country Charm Labels and the With Graditute Set. Next I embellished my card with the matching PTI Stitched Scarlet Jewel, matching Button, some White Scrapper's Floss and some Flowers. At last I added some scoring on the bottom punched out Border and topped the scallops off with some Silver Pearls.
Before I forget.....the fabulous layout is from my sweet friend Iwona's Sketchbook Saturday Challenge #45.
Hope you like this weeks colors and give it a try! Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you again on Thursday!
Hugs, ~Silke~

C4C119 I'm seeing BLUE!!!
Happy weekend everyone!
I decided to dig out one of my retired Stampin’ Up Hostess Set called Because I Care. I inked it in Memento Black and colored it with these Copic Markers ~ BV000, B0000, B00, B93, B97, YG11 and G21. The image was placed onto a Circled Spellbinder Die and a Doily. The DP in the background is from the Pacific Point DP Collection and I decided to add some scoring on top and added the new PTI Filigree Border on the bottom. The Enchanted Evening Ribbon is also from PTI and I topped it off with a matching Button as well as some White Scrapper’s Floss. At last I added the Silver Pearls...voila!
Hope you’ll have a nice relaxing one planned. We’ll be busy with Sarah’s first pageant this year. It’s a Pink Ribbon Pageant in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. A cause that is dear to my heart. I’ll post some photos this week so you can see her new dress and I can update you on how well she has done!!!
Anyway, I had a chance to stamp for this week’s Crazy 4 Challenges -C4C119 theme. Joanne has challenged us to create a card/project with *MONOCHROMATIC IN BLUES*.
Here is my take on it…….

We have another fun Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC151 lined up for you! Tammy is our hostess this week and check out the fun inspiration photo she has chosen. Totally fun and happy!!!
Here is my take on it....

Next I added the PTI Satin Ribbon and matched it up with a SU Button plus some White Scrapper's Floss. I finished it all off with some Roses created with the Sizzix Flower Dies and then added the Silver Pearls.
The layout for this card was inspired by this weeks Waltzingmouse Sketch #79....
Please make sure to check out all the fun projects the rest of the FTTC team has created ~ Cindy, Maki, Heather, Tammy, Beate, Mona and please don't forget our January Guest Designer Cheryl Lea.
