CQC135, FTTC167 To my wonderful friend....

Happy 1st of May!

WOW...I can't believe it May!  Last week/month has been a blur...I guess that happens when you have three active little munchkins :) !!! Believe it or not, our kids have only 24 more days till *Summer Break*. Not sure if I should freak out or if I should be looking forward to some down time from all the sports activities...etc?!? Anyway, let's hope it will slow down :) .

Somewhere in between all the craziness I found time to create this card for this weeks Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC167. Cindy is our hostess and she has challenged us to add a *BUTTERFLY* to our card/project. Pretty straight forward....hope you all have time to play along!?!

I couldn't resist inking up the beautiful Butterflies & Blossoms Set. The image was inked in Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with these Copic Markers ~ R0000, R00, R14, R46, B0000, B00, BG000, Y15, Y21, E27. Next I placed the colored image onto the Spellbinder Fleur de Lis Square Die.  I finished the card off by adding some leftover Design Paper,* scoring*, some Brown Satin Ribbon, a matching Button and some Scrapper's Floss, Silver Pearls, Glitter and the sentiment on the side.

Please make sure to swing by the rest of the team ~ Cindy, Maki, Heather, Mona, Beate, Amanda and our new May Guest Designer Marie Oberg.

My colors were inspired by this weeks new Color Q Challenge ~ CQC135.....

Thank you so much for stopping by today.....have a fabulous week!

                                                                  Hugs , ~Silke~

Oooh, love that nestie you used to layer the focal image on. Beautifully coloured and lovely touch with the scoring. I get till the end of June before mine are home and can't believe it will be so soon either!
