Cuttlebug Challenge
Sharon aka notimetostamp had a quick challenge today about using your Cuttlebug....
I'm not a 100% sure if I did it right, but I guess it's to late now anyway..I made my card.
It's the same card on both sides...- I just could not decide which BG would display the embossed image better???
So you get to pick...The card is 5"x 5" and I based it on a WW CS. The 2nd layer is Basic Black and the embossed images are again on WW. I also placed a black ribbon on top and in the middle.
The middle image was raised with Dimensionals and that's it.
I was also trying to give the embossed images some color, but I failed....if you have any suggestions to do so, please let me know....TFL!!!

Oh my word, jaw dropping gorgeous!!! I am stunned!!! Nothing does it like black and white -- no rules -- anything goes -- just use the bug!!! I am totally WOWED!!!!!! Thanks so much for linking!!!!
This is super elegant! I love the black/white combo. Good job, Silke.
This is so elegant! I just got a cuttlebug and haven't played with it much. I'll have to give this a try. Sharon always has such fantastic ideas to try = ) !!! Have a great day...tfs!
so dainty and absolutely divine, silke!!!great challenge
tfs.
Silke, this is awesome! I am continually impressed when stampers use the simplest images and come up with stunning cards. This is just so elegant!
The card itself is lovely in its simplicity. Since you asked about adding color, I thought I'd share that I had great luck using a brayer to roll color over an embossed cuttlebug image.
