Happy Sunday my friends!!!
Welcome to the second day of MTME sneak peeks!!! I can't hardly believe it, but today is my turn to show off some of the new My Time Made Easy products!!! All items will be available in the MTME Store on June 1st !!!
Today I have the pleasure of showing you the *Tea For You* Template. Lauren, Catherine & Pam are also sharing some fabulous projects....make sure to check them out!!!
Here is my idea with the template plus a matching card ......
For the teapot I used Very Vanilla CS as my card base. I decorated it with the new *Vintage Stripes Acorn Squash* Design Paper, some flourished Pearls, two sparkly Prima Flowers. The sentiment is from the matching *Tea For You* Stamp Set. All the edges on the teapot and the card were ink distressed. I have not filled the inside yet, but it would be perfect for some cookies, tea bags or candy!!!
My card also has a Very Vanilla card base. The card itself measures 4" x 4". I again added some new *Vintage Stripes Acorn Squash* Design Paper. The main image features another gorgeous sneak peek Stamp Set called *Killer Curves* that will perfectly go hand in hand with this template and the sentiments from the *Tea For You* Set. I stamped the image onto some Label 1 Spellbinder Dies. To finish the card off I added some Black Satin Ribbon, a sparkly Prima Flower and some Pearls.
A quick note.....if you have never used any of Lauren's templates...they are available in PDF, SVG and other files. I actually used my new Cricut Expression Machine to cut out this template!!! Love it!!!
Thank you for stopping by today...hope you like my little project :) ?!?
Enjoy your weekend!!! Big hugs ~S~

OCC Sweet Pea, C4C38 Happy Birthday
Happy Thursday evening!!!
So happy to hear you all liked the flip-flops we made....and the photo of my sweet baby!!! I totally forgot to mention in my post below *how* I added the flowers.....sorry guys..LOL!!! Here is what I did...each center of the flowers have brads. Where the flip-flops come together on top I punched a hole with the Crop-a-Dile and placed the brads right through. I covered the sharp edges on the bottom with another piece of felt, so the kids don't get hurt!!! I adhered the felt piece with some super sticky Score-Tape...voila...that's it!!!
I had a little stampin' time last night as my kids are super tired from all the action this week...I think they are really ready for their summer break!!! So am I.....Jerry and I are looking forward sleeping in a bit longer :).
My first card is for the OCC Sketch hosted by my sweet friend Loretta.
I used the beautiful Sweet Pea Set from There She Goes. The Kraft panels were embossed with the Dotted Cuttlebug Folder. The Design Paper is from a retired Collection called Vita Bella. At the bottom I added a border...the punch is from the Martha Stewart Collection. Of course I had to add my fabbo Silver Pearls :) !!! At last I bedazzled the main image with some Dazzling Diamond Glitter.
*****************************************
My second card is for the C4C38 Sketch hosted by my sweet friend Cindy.
It's pretty straight forward....I used the sentiment from the PTI Set Communique Curves Sentiment Set and the Fillable Frames #4 Set. I also used the coordinating Fillable Frame Die. The Design Paper is from the BasicGrey Kioshi Collection. At last I added the matching Prima Flower and the Silver Pearls.
Thanks for stopping by tonight!!! Enjoy the rest of your evening!!! Hugs ~S~

Girls Flip-Flops
Hello everyone!!!
This week is flying by like crazy...my girls have only two more days of school!!! Before the week is completely done...I thought I better get crackin' on some posts!!!
As promised here are some photos of the flip-flops we made on Rebecca's birthday...but first I want to share a picture of my sweet, smart and kind hearted baby!!!
Isn't she gorgeous...at least I think so :) LOL?!?
Here are the flipper-flopper's she made for herself....
This is Miriam's collection.......
These are Sarah's.....can you tell she is a diva :) !?!
I used felt for all the flowers. I think *Hobby Lobby* has the best felt collection...love all the different colors and patterns!!! I cut them with various *daisy* Sizzix Dies and added some large blings in the center...Mimi opted for some sparkly hot pink brads!!! All items shown are from Hobby Lobby!!!
Have a wonderful evening....we are watching the *American Idol Finale* as I'm typing this post!!! Wonder who is winning??? Let me know who your favorite singer is!?!? Hugs ~S~

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC68
Happy Flourishes Timeless Tuesday!!!
It is time for a new Challenge - FTTC68 !!! Since it's the end of the month we are introducing you to our monthly Guest Designer!!! It is the fabulous and super sweet Velta Wesson.
Velta is challenging us to "MAKE YOUR OWN FLOWERS" !!! I know you have seen all of these wonderful dimensional homemade flowers and today is your chance to make one too! They look fabulous on any project and they are not hard to do!!! Check out the Flourishes Blog for an awesome flower tutorial made by our very own Dawn Burnsworth or stop by SCS for some more flower ideas!!! Whichever form of flower you choose to create, we would love to have you play along with us!!!
Here is my flower idea :) .......
The wonderful quote I used today is from the new Cherry Blossom Set and it was inked in Memento Black. The Design Paper for the flowers are from the BasicGrey Nook & Pantry Collection. The flower die is from the Beautiful Blooms II Collection.. The Groovy Guava BG was embossed with the Sunshine Impression Plate and the Lable One BG was scored.
The idea to make this a more *vintage* looking card came from this weeks SSCC40 Challenge. I ink distressed the entire card with the Vintage Touch Ink. The flowers were roughed up with a Stylus and I crunched them together pretty good. I used some Large Silver Brads in the center of the flowers. The leaves are from some leftover fake flowers. I trimmed them and glued them to the back of the flowers. At last I added some Silver Pearls in the corners to finish off the card.
Please stop by Barbara, Betty, Cindy, Dee, Maki and Velta for some more gorgeous flower cards!!!
Don't forget to link your card directly to the *Link System* at the Flourishes Blog for you chance to win a $10 store Gift Certificate. Also, check out the blog for more ways to win!!!
Thank you for stopping by today!!! Enjoy your day!!!

SNTOBD10 I Am The Way plus The Light of the World
Happy Thursday everyone!!!
Hope your weeks is going well??? It's been a bit crazy around here....hubby fractured his foot (poor baby), my Rebecca and our boxer Luke are sharing a birthday this Saturday and we are throwing Becca a *Pool Party*. So lots of planning, baking, cleaning....plus we are decorating some flip-flops and little handbags for the party. Becca is so excited :) and is helping me to prep for her crafting idea!!! The weather is gonna be awesome too......wahooo!!!!
Anyway, I'm so thrilled that my sweet friend Betty invited me to host today's Stamping in Time on Assignment Challenge - SNTODBD10 over on the ODBD Blog.
The Assignment this week is to create a *LONG CARD* using this Sketch.
I had so much playing I actually made two cards....hope you like them :) !?! Please click on the photos to see them closer!!!
For this card I used the beautiful I Am The Way Set. I stamped the flower image first, using So Saffron Ink. I stamped over it with the wonderful Bible Verse using Memento Black Ink. The So Saffron *Long Card* is from an old SU stash I have held on for ever :). The BG was scored and I pierced in between the top and bottom rows. I finished the card off with some Black/White Gingham Ribbon and added my fav Silver Pearls on the side. I matched the card up with an envelope and finished the inside using the sentiment from the With Deepest Sympathy Set.
*********************************
Using the Light of the World Set brought a big smile to my face.....it was one of the very first ODBD Sets I have ordered and I'm still loving it!!!
Again, I matched the card up with an envelope and the inside was stamped using the sentiment from the With Heartfelt Sympathy Set. The lighthouse image was inked in Memento Black and colored with Copic Markers. The main panels are done with the Mega Oval Large Nestabilities. The card was finished by adding some scoring, piercing, White Cotton Lace Ribbon and some Black Pearls.
Please stop by the ODBD Blog to find out all the info on how to play along.....plus you could win a prize for playing too :)!!!!
Thank you for stopping by today and I can't wait to see your take on the Sketch!!! Hugs ~S~

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC67
Happy Tuesday everyone!!!
It's time again for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge - FTTC67!!! Betty is our host and she is challenging us to use any kind of *CHIPBOARD* to your card/project!!! You can use some already decorated chipboard or find some "bare" chipboard and dress it up! You can make tags, embellishments, or stamp your focal image directly to the stuff! Whether you are painting it up, cutting it out, or using some already pre-cut and decorated chipboard, we would love to see what you create using chipboard!!!
Here is my idea.....
I went thru my stash of old chipboards that I have hoarded for years and found these two Large Tag Chipboards. My idea for this bag and card combo came from this weeks CAS67 ~ Shabby Chic.
I added some Very Vanilla CS and stamped the super gorgeous new Cherry Blossom image on it. The edges of the VV CS were distressed plus ink distressed. The tags were finished off with some Green Checker Ribbon, Pink Buttons, some Brown Scrap Floss plus some Black Pearls.
Did you all see the gorgeous new Flourishes Release this past week??? It was definitely WOW...I loved all the sneak peek cards the Senior Design Team has created!!! Since I haven't had a *BLOG CANDY GIVEAWAY* in a while I figured I surprise you and let one winner chose one of the new Release Sets!!!
All you have to do is leave me a comment!!! I'll pick a winner this coming Friday, May 21 about
8:00 PM EST!!!
Please make sure to stop by Barbara, Betty, Cindy, Dee and Maki's blog for more chipboard gorgeousness!!!

CQC32 Special Day and IC232, WT270, QFTD09 Life's Moments
Happy weekend!!!
I can't even begin telling you how happy I am that it is weekend!!! What a crazy week it has been...good crazy at least. So much going on and so little time!!! I was so looking forward to Friday night...because I usually have some stampin' time!!!
Did I mention my hubby is off for the next 75 days.....in a way it's nice, but then again he is the one who keeping me busy...because of him I don't get any stampin' done :( !!! I hate to say it, but I'm counting down the days till the University is back in session.....LOL!!!
Anyway...I did escape tonight to my super messy stamp room. I started out with this card......the color combo is from this weeks CQC32 - using Kiwi Kiss, Groovy Guava, Kraft, Basic Black and Vanilla.
I used the Branch Out Set from Stampin' Up. The tree and tire image were inked in Memento Desert Sand. The sentiment is from a stamp set that is unkown and I inked it in Basic Black along with the little birdy image. The leaves were inked in Kiwi Kiss and Groovy Guava. The Kraft CS was embossed with the awesome Retro Diamonds Folder from QuicKutz. I finished the card off by adding two stripes of Black Ribbon and the Black Pearls.
*************************************************
Of course I couldn't wait to play this weeks Inspiration Challenge #232 ~ Two Lumps of Sugar over on SCS. I chose this New Hope Vintage Fabric as it reminded me of the fabulous new Elements of Style image from Stampin' Up. I combined it with this weeks Queen for the Day #9 Challenge. This week the Queen is Linda Hotwheels aka *Hotwheels*. I chose to case this card from her. Along the way I discovered that the WT270 is all about distressing....and added this technique to my cards as well.
I'm really lovin' this new Stampin' Up Set....it is so versatile and sooooo gorgeous!!! I inked it in Memento Black and colored it with Copic Markers - R22, YR00, R000, G12, G24.
I distressed & color distressed the edges with Chocolate Chip Ink. I added the Wild Wasabi Ribbon with the Copper Label Holder as well as the matching Copper Brads. At last I bedazzled the flowers with some Dazzling Diamond Glitter....voila!!!
****************************************
Before I go I want to share another Elements of Style card.......
I just remembered that I totally forgot to show off my card from last weeks Queen for the Day #8 Challenge. I added it to my SCS Gallery, but not to my blog.....you can read all the info right HERE!!!
Have a fabulous weekend!!! I have to go to bed now, because my hubby has another fun *house project* set up for us in the morning....he wants us to cleaning all the windows ...yikes!!! All I can say is 74 days till he is going back to work.....LOL!!!! Hugs ~S~

MMSC53, CTD92 Friends for Life and Curtain Call #29, 2S4Y52 Sweet Pea
Howdy friends!!!
It's been a crazy week here at the Ledlow house. Today was the first time I had a chance to stamp...wahoo!!!
I found a few different challenges I wanted to play.......my first card is for the MMSC53 Sketch and the CTD92 - using Baja Breeze, So Saffron, Old Olive and Kraft.
I used the beautiful Life Set from Papertrey Ink. The Kraft CS was embossed with the Retro Diamonds Folder from QuicKutz. Following the Sketch I added some Saffron Ribbon with Silver Pearls on the side.
******************************************
My next card is for the Curtain Call #29 - using Summer Sun, Tangerine Tango, Bordering Blue and White. The Sketch is from the 2S4Y #52.
The Sweet Pea Set Set is from There She Goes. The image was inked with Memento Black and colored with Copic Markers. I added some White Cotton Lace, the punched borders, piercing and the Button with the Silver Pearls.
Hope you like it!?!?
Thank you for stopping by....have a wonderful evening!!! ~S~

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC66
Happy Tuesday!!!
Hope all you mom's had a wonderful weekend and Mother's Day??? Mine was relaxing and fun....we hung out at the pool Friday & Saturday. With temperatures in the low 90's it was the perfect place to be!!! Sunday the weather cooled off and we had a yummy cook out in the late afternoon. We played some volleyball and snuggled up watching TV!!! Can't get any better than that :) !!!
Are you ready for another fun Flourishes Timeless Tuesday??? Maki is our host and she is challenging us to "PICTURE IT" !!! Now, a photo card is one way of looking at the challenge; however, you can venture off into other avenues as well. Think magazine pictures, real image designer papers, or take a picture of some of your favorite things and print it out. The photo does not have to be the focal point of the card, either. Think layered flowers, borders, tags, etc!!! There are also many photo techniques that can be used from altered photos, vellum pictures, and "faux cloisonne". Whichever photo option you take, we would love to see what you create with this challenge!
Here is my card.........
I used two different Flourishes Stamp Sets - the butterfly is from the Fanciful Flourishes and the sentiment is from the Gerber Daisies. I inked the butterfly image in Melon Mambo and the sentiment in Memento Black. I bedazzled the edges with some Dazzling Diamond Glitter. The DP in the background is from the Green at Heart BasicGrey Collection. I finished the card off with some White Lace Ribbon and three Large Silver Brads.
Now it's time to check out Barbara, Betty, Cindy, Dee and Maki's take on this challenge!!!
Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!!!

I decided to take a photo of a rose in my garden. Isn't it beautiful??? I printed the photo onto some Glossy CS using the print size 3" x 5". I trimmed it a little shorter and added it to my card. The layout for my card is from this weeks SFYTT Sketch.
