FTTC128 Christmas in July.....

Hello my sweet stampin' friends!

Time sure flies by these days and it's time for another Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC128.
Flourishes is having a *Christmas in July SALE* going on this week and our theme for this weeks FTTC is to create a *CHRISTMAS* card /project. Make sure to swing by the Flourishes store to see the sale!!!

I chose the super cute snowman from the Warm Winter Wishes Set for my card today. The sentiment is from the Holiday Greetings Set. The snowman was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ C1, C2, R14, E15, E17, YR07, B91, B93. The background was embossed with the Swiss Dots Folder and the snowman was layered onto the Dainty Doily Die-namic. Next I added some Glitter, Ribbon, Silver Cord, Silver Pearls and a matching Button. My layout for this card was inspired by this weeks Sketchbook Saturday Challenge #21.

FTTC127 Bee My Honey.....

Happy Tuesday and welcome to a new Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge ~ FTTC127.

I'm excited to host today's challenge. I found this beautiful inspiration photo from the Crate&Barrel ~ Summerlin Furniture Collection. I hope you like it as much as I do??? I thought the colors are so beautiful together and as you all know by now I love purple! I hope this photo will inspire you to play along??

Here is my idea...

I decided to create a *long card* reflecting the lounge chairs. This card is measuring 3 1/2" x 6 1/2". Of course I couldn't resist showing off the newly released Bee My Honey Set. The main image was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ C0, C1, C2, C3, C5, BV00, V17, Y08, YR07, YG11, G21, G24 and Colorless Blender. The rest of my card was embellished with some purple Design Paper, matching Ribbon & Button, a Doily, some Flowers, a punched out scalloped border on top and bottom, some scoring and I finished it off with a tag on the side.

Flourishes July Release...check it out!

Hello and happy Wednesday!

As promised I'm back with a card. This one is for this month Flourishes release. Today, I have the pleasure of showing off a super duper cute Set called Bee My Honey using the Challenge Sketch ~ FTTCJUL01.

Here is my idea.....

I had soooo much fun coloring this sweet image :) !!! After inking the image in Memento Tuxedo Black I started coloring it with theses Copic Markers ~ E13, E15, BV00, BV17, Y15, YG11, G21, G24, R14 and Colorless Blender. I used some Kraft CS and the DP is from the PTI Guide Lines Collection and I added the matching Satin Ribbon and Button. For a bit more interested I added some scored lines in the background and the finished the card off with some Prima Flowers and some Silver Pearls...voila!

FTTC126 The Beauty...

Happy Tuesday!

It's time for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC126. Cindy is our host and she is challenging us to *DRY EMBOSS* or *HEAT EMBOSS*. Both techniques are fun to try and I hope you'll come and play along with us?!?

Of course I couldn't resist to use on of my favorite Embossing Folders ~ SU Tulip Frame.  The beautiful quote is from the Flourishes Life Line Set. The DP is from the SU Blushing Bride Collection. I embellished the rest of my card with some Prima Flowers, SU Blushing Bride Ribbon and Silver Pearls. I totally loved the CR84FN33 colors and had to use them again this week :) !!!

FTTC125 Friends....

Hope you all are enjoying your summer so far and I hope all my American friends had a fun 4th of July???

I'm taking a few days off this week and I'm looking forward hanging out with my hubby and girls. Sorry I have not been productive at all this past week....but I'm happy to share a card for this weeks Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC125.  Heather is our host and she has challenged us to create a card/project  for a friend across the miles or nearby. The card must have the word *FRIEND* in the sentiment.

Here is my idea....

I decided to use the beautiful sentiment from the Angelic Love Set. I inked it in SU Riding Hood Red. The Sketch was inspired from my sweet friend Iwona's Sketchbook Saturday and the colors were inspired by this weeks CR84FN33 colors.

The Design Paper I chose is from the SU Sending Love Specialty Collection. I embellished the card with the Spellbinder Beaded Circle Die, SU Blushing Bride Ribbon, Halfback Pearls, Prima Flowers and a punched out MS Butterfly.
