It's raining down here in the South...so it's the perfect time to make a card!!!
This card is also for Sharon's challenge # 18.
Since I have not torn my cards in a while....I thought I'll make another one.
I also dug out some of my embossing templates I have not used in a while.
For this card I used the EB Template called
"Pick a Petal" and I embossed the Wild Wasabi CS
first. I also opted for a Stamp Set that I have not used in a while and this one is called "That's Nice".
I used my Chocolate Chip Marker and my Wild Wasabi Embossing Pen ( that you soak your Refill Ink in it...) on the "Friend" stamp.
I layered it on a CC CS and also Groovy Guava and then CC again.
As you can tell I pierced the first CC CS and I made bigger holes - you can accomplish that by piercing it first with the template, then you take the template away and after that you poke it all the way through.
Hope that did not sound to complicated???
To finish if off I used the new striped Wild Wasabi and some matching green Rhinestone Brads from Making Memories.

Another great card!!! Love your color combo here and especially with the nice new striped ribon!!! The torn edge of Guava, framed with the Chocolate, is fabulous!!! Very striking!!! Love it!!!
I love this color combo ... works so well with that yummy ribbon ... and the paper tearing is perfect.

Great colors Silke! Such a pretty card. Love all the "extras," too ... piercing, rhinestones, the ribbon, dry embossing.
