Flourishes Timeless Tuesday and MTSC42 Season Greetings

Happy Tuesday everyone!!!

Oh what a fun day this is.... lots to tell you and show you :)
First it is time for a new Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge -FTTC36!!!

Today we are welcoming Makiko Jones as our Guest Designer for the next three month!!! She is also our challenge host today!!! As you all know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Maki is challenging us to make a card or project for a woman in our life and to use *PINK as the main color*!!!

There are no limitations on the theme..... so whether you want to make a *Happy Birthday*, *Thinking of You*, or *Congratulations* card, just remember it is for the girls and to *think pink*!!! We look forward to seeing what you create!!!

I used the awesome new Think Pink - Fight like a Girl Set.

I inked the shirt image in Memento Black and colored it with the Hollyhock Copic Marker Collection. The layout is from this weeks SFYTT Sketch.

I also used some DP from the Melon Mambo Patterns Collection, Black Gemstones , a Pink Button and some Gingham Ribbon.

Please stop by Betty, Cindy, Dee, Kimberly and Maki's blog to see their close up on the challenge!!!

******************************************

Now - I'm soooooo excited to announce that I'm Mercy Kerin's aka *Lord Have Mercy* new October Guest Muse - wahooooo!!! Doesn't this sound fun???

I really enjoy Mercy's Sketches and I'm sooooooo thrilled that she asked me to join her fabulous team this month!!! Here is this weeks MTSC42 Sketch.

This is my take on it......

For this card I used some Stampin' Up products. The trees are from the Patterned Pines Set and the sentiment is from the Four the Holidays Set. The DP is from the Merry Moments Collection.

I inked the trees in the matching DP colors - Old Olive and Garden Green. I raised the center tree up. To finish the card off I added a Filigree Designer Brad and some Silver Pearls.

I hope you have time to play along????

Please stop by Mercy's blog to see her card and the rest of the Muses - Pam Speidel, Cindy Haffner, Pam Varnell, Julie Lacey, Crystal Birr, Jackie Pedro, Jessica Diedrich, Shannan Teubner.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!!! I'll be back later with another post!!! Hope you'll swing by again???
