I have some fun and exciting news to share today :) !!! A couple of weeks ago, one of my cards...click HERE to see it, won the Card Pattern Sketch Challenge and because of this I have the pleasure of being this weeks CPS Guest Designer...yeah! I can't even begin to tell you how excited I'm about this opportunity. I want to *thank* the fabulous CPS ladies for choosing my card and for inviting me to be their guest!
Here is this weeks Sketch #131.....
This is my take on it....
My card also features this weeks ODBD Shining Light Challenge ~ ODBDSLC75. Chris has challenged us to use either *stripes or polka dots* this week. Make sure to stop by the ODBD Blog for all the details and the teams creations!
For my card I chose the Striped Peach Parfait DP from SU. The beautiful image on my card is from the Our Daily Bread Design Set called Serve the Lord. This Set also comes with the fabulous matching Crocheted Circle Die. Next I added a doily behind the image and embellished the rest of the card with the Scalloped Border, some Prima Flowers, the matching Ribbon and Button, Scrapper's Floss, the Fancy Flourish and the Silver Pearls.

OMGoodness...this is gorgeous!! Love the peachy shade of orange and the way you echoed the stripe in the DP by adding embossed stripes!

What an amazing card, Silke. There are so many beautiful elements to it. I love the orange, white, and kraft colors together and that flourish is stunning.
