Flourishes Release continues.....

Happy Thursday!

I'm back with a new card for the Flourishes August Release.  

Today we are introducing a very cool Silhouette Set called......

Here is my take on this sweet Set.....

I decided to create a *long card* that measures 3 1/2" x 7". This card came together super quickly....the card base is Kraft CS. I added some left over paper from my 123 Create Kits - Country Garden that was release last month. The image was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black. Next I added the White Lace Trim, the gorgeous May Arts Ribbon with a Stamped Metal Brad, and finished it off with some gorgeous Prima Crystals.

Flourishes Noon Time Challenge...play along!!!

Hello my sweet stampin' friends!!! I'm back with another Flourishes card.

Our *Noon Time Challenge* is a fab one......this challenge is all about adding a little or a lot of *TEXTURE* to your card/project!!! How about adding an embossed design? Share a little glitter? How about adding some Crystal Effects or a few sanded edges? This challenge is all about those little extras that give a card POP!

Here is my take on adding some texture.....

Most of the time you will see me add some *scoring* to my white cards...and I did so today! The edges of my main image were *distressed* and then I added some Fairy Dust Glitter to make them sparkle. I couldn't help myself to sampled the beautiful new Garden Picks Set again! The sentiment was created with the Tiny Flowers and Tags Set, along with the matching Tailor Made Classic Tag Die. At last I added the yummy Lavender Satin Ribbon, a Button with some White Floss and some White Kaiser Pearls. Just in case you missed my earlier post with this awesome new Set...click HERE.
