The Color Combo # 165 - Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink, Lovely Lilac - from yesterday was not that easy to put together.....
I had to try many times to come up with the right combination.... then I saw Taylor VanBruggen's Sketch #14 and then I had a plan....
I've used my "Remembering You" Set from the Simple Sent Kit and created three flowers with each of the colors required for the CC.
To create a softer Lovely Lilac touch - I have stamped the image on a scrap paper and then stamped it on the main image....I think it's not so dark that way!!!
The scalloped squares behind the flowers were punched out with the Marvy Punch. All the flower images were raised with Stampin Dimensionals.
The sparkly Ribbon is from Michael's and I have fastened it to the Antique Brass Label Holder. The sentiment is from the the "Absolutely Fabulous" Set. Hope you get a chance to try Taylor's fabulous Sketch too!!! ~TFL~

I love this. You really made the colors work.
I think that's a beautiful combo....I do the same thing to tone a color down (stamp on scrap then on card stock.)

I really love how the colors just jump off the white!! Beautiful!!
Oooh, somehow I missed these posts! Great take on both challenges--I agree, I think the lilac looks better stamped off! The baby card is a cutie patootie!
