I let you in on a little secret - I had a hard time deciding which Set I should use (I truly love them all)...I went back and fourth and after two hours - yes two hours - I finally made a card!!! Basically what it came down to was.... that I'm a huge fan of *Silhouette* images....that's why my final decision was to use the gorgeous *Spring Ephemerals* Set!!!
The card is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". I followed the Mojo80 Sketch. The DP is from the BasicGrey *Euphoria* Collection available at Flourishes!!! I matched it up with the Rose Red CS.
First, I inked the image with Craft Rose Red and heat embossed it using Clear Embossing Powder. Next, I stamped the sentiment in Craft Rose Red and also heat embossed it.
The sentiment was punched out with the large Oval Punch and layered onto new Scalloped Oval Punch featured in the new Occasions Mini Catalog. I decided to give it a little more interest and pierced right below it.
At last I dressed the card up with a Styled Silver Ribbon Holder using the Certainly Celery Poly-Twill Ribbon from the SAB Bundle. I added my favorite Silver Pearls (Michael's) to the top left hand corner plus some more piercing on the bottom of my card!
If you click on the second photo for a close up - you will see how cool the heat embossing looks just in certain areas - it kinda gives it the *rain dew* effect on the flower - love it!!!
