Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC41!!!

Happy Tuesday!!!

Did you all have a wonderful weekend??? Ours was busy....two birthday parties....church, playtime....stampin'....trying to sale my SU Stamps....etc., but it was all good!!!

Which leads me to today's Flourishes Timeless Tuesday (FTTC41) - wahooooo!!!! Today the Blog Design Team is celebrating *Flourishes Release Week* with you. We are sharing with you the *Fancy Labels* Set..... one of 5 Sets to release this Friday!!!

Dee Jackson is our challenge host this week. In keeping with the *Fancy Labels* Set, Dee is challenging us to decorate *Boxes and Bags* - love it!!!! You decide if you want to make a box or a bag to house anything from homemade treats to knitted mittens! We cannot wait to see what you create!!!

I had two idea with this new Set......first is my *gift bag*. Please click on the photos to see them better!!!

I started out by inking the bag randomly with one of the new flourished images. Next I added the Designer Paper, the *Corrugated Cardboard* the awesome *Gift Wrap Garland* I found at Walmart!!!

My next step was to create a *tag* to go with the bag. Again I inked one of the flourished images from the new Set around the *tag* plus the sentiment in the center. To finish the bag off I added the Checker Ribbon, Red Scrap Floss, the Kaiser Pearls and the decorative Tissue Paper.

************************

My second idea was to create a little *Favor Bag*.

I thought this would be a fun idea to giveaway to neighbors, teachers....of course I included some yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!

The bag itself was cut out with the Sizzix *Fancy Favor Die*. Very quick to make.....after adhering it I added the handle with some fancy Brads, the center Design Paper, the Chocolate Satin Ribbon, the new image *tag* and the yummy Cookies!!! The *tag* was decorated with some of the new Pearls available at Flourishes.

Hope we have inspired you to play along today....?!?

Please make sure to check out Betty, Cindy, Dee, Kimberly and Makiko's Blog for their take on today's Challenge and don't forget to swing by the Flourishes Blog to see the new *Sneak Peeks* !!!
