Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC55!!!

Hello everyone!!! Thank you so much for keeping my step-dad in your prayers!!! It really means the world to me and my family!!! God is good and we trust in him alone!!!

As always stampin' is good therapy for me and I did get a chance to stamp for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge - FTTC55!!!! It is the last Tuesday of the month so we have a *Guest Challenge* host! This month's guest is our sweet Australian friend Iwona Palamountain aka Chupa on SCS. She is challenging us to use *FLOWERS* !!! Whether they are printed flower designer papers, stamped, punch created, or store bought, put some flowers on your card this week!!!

Here is my idea....

I used the gorgeous Sweet Peas Set for my flower image. The sentiment was created with the Taglines Set. My idea to tear the edges on this design came from this weeks SSSHP19 - Doing the Mess Around.

The Sweet Pea image was inked in Memento Black and colored with these Copic Marker Collections - Hollyhock & Fields. Once I was done coloring I added some Angel Wings Shimmerz to the flowes and around the torn Pink Tissue Paper. The card was finished off with some Pink Satin Ribbon and some Silver Pearls.

Please make sure to stop by Barbara, BettyCindy, Dee and Maki's blog to see their ideas.

Hope you get a chance to play along!!!

Oh yeah...did you see the new fabulous designed Flourishes Store yet....make sure to check it out!!!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!!!

Silke - firstly, let me tell you how thrilled I am to design alongside you this week!!! :)
Your card is simply STUNNING, as all of yours are! Green & pink combo is one of my faves, that always works... and you chose a lovely image to compliment it! The touch of silver gives it just the right finish too... and what an awesome idea with the "torn edges"! Must try it some time...
