Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC65

Happy Tuesday everyone!!!

I'm so excited .....it is my turn to host todays Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC65. I would like to give a quick shout out to my sweet friend Maki for switching challenges with me today...thank you Maki!!! My challenge for you is to *MAKE A CARD WITH A MATCHING GIFT IDEA*!!!  It is the time of year where Mother's Day, Father's Day, Weddings, Graduations, along with Birthdays and many other reasons to celebrate and give warrant not only a card but a little something extra to go with it! You can go simple or over the top! Whichever you decide, we would love to see what you create!!!

Here is my idea.....

I used the gorgeous From the Garden Set as my main image. The pillow box was stamped with the
Thank You Set and the tag sentiment is again From the Garden Set. I used Memento Rich Cocoa as my ink choice and colored the main garden image with Copic Markers - C1, C3, R37, Y17, YG91 and Colorless Blender.

My idea for the card came from this weeks JUGS31 Sketch. The CS base, pillow box and the tag are Confetti White. The box and tag are from an old SU template. I finished both projects by ink distressing the edges and by adding the Olive Green Checker Ribbon.

Hope you like this gift idea and I can't wait to see your ideas next!!! Have fun playing along and thank you for stopping by today!!!

Please don't forget to stop by Barbara, Betty, Dee and Maki's blog to see their take on the challenge!!!

If you have time...check out the awesome masking technique Julie posted over on the Flourishes Blog using the same Set!!!
