Girls Flip-Flops

Hello everyone!!!

This week is flying by like crazy...my girls have only two more days of school!!! Before the week is completely done...I thought I better get crackin' on some posts!!!

As promised here are some photos of the flip-flops we made on Rebecca's birthday...but first I want to share a picture of my sweet, smart and kind hearted baby!!!

Isn't she gorgeous...at least I think so :) LOL?!?

Here are the flipper-flopper's she made for herself....

This is Miriam's collection.......

These are Sarah's.....can you tell she is a diva :) !?!

I used felt for all the flowers. I think *Hobby Lobby* has the best felt collection...love all the different colors and patterns!!! I cut them with various *daisy* Sizzix Dies and added some large blings in the center...Mimi opted for some sparkly hot pink brads!!! All items shown are from Hobby Lobby!!!

Have a wonderful evening....we are watching the *American Idol Finale* as I'm typing this post!!! Wonder who is winning??? Let me know who your favorite singer is!?!?  Hugs ~S~

What a fun birthday project and great phto of Rebecca! Too bad Jerry hurt his foot - I'm sure he wishes he could by stylin' in a pair of these flip flops too...;-)

Crystal is the better singer but Lee was my favorite from the beginning and he needed the confidence boost more than she did.

Love the flipflops...but did I miss how you attach them to the shoe?
Help?

All these flip-flops are adorable! Your little Becca looks so happy and cute with those rosey cheeks!!
I like Lee, but Crystal totally deserved to win. This was a mirror competition of last year when Adam Lambert (who really had no serious competition) also lost. I think Crystal is going to have a career with lots of success in spite of losing, much like Chris Daughtry!

Oh how fun! Love the patterns you found!! Chloe and I bought flip flops too to make some but haven't found any good felt. I must hit some stores soon! Love the hot pink Mimi used...cute!

Oh my goodness...will you look at this beauty!!! Becca looks a lot like Jerry ;D and those locks...such awesome hair. Those flip flops sure came out fabulous..all of them are stunning, but yes, I can see the Diva in Sarah there :D:D. Today is my babies birthday and she wanted to do t-shirts..so we'll see how that goes. Last day of school here too today, so gotta put that thinking hat on and come up with lots of things to do during this 6 week break...thank God for year round school, hehe!! Hugs my friend, Sabrina

Your daughter is gorgeous! congrats! and the flip-flops are very cute I too have the same question as other readers, how do you attach the felt flower to the plastic strips? We don't have Hobby Lobby near us so we'll have to make do with Michaels' LOL

The flip flops are adorable (as is your daughter)! What a fun birthday party treat! I'll have to admit I was rooting for Crystal on American Idol. Both were good but just thought her voice had a bit more of a wow factor.

Happy Birthday, Becca! I know it appears to be a wee bit late, but really now...you can drag it out for a month! LOL! Silke, the flips and the tote are just fabulous! I REALLY LOVE the black ones with the bling! I think those would look sassy on a 40+ gal! Hee! I may need to get me some flowers and create me some! Awesome work and designs! Cool stuff!
