C4C63 Happy Holidays....

Happy weekend everyone!!!

This is my first weekend that I/we have no major plans...yeah!!! The only thing we'd like to do is decorate a "Gingerbread House". We have a fun *Festival of Tree* event going on next week at our University and we are planning on auctioning about 25 Gingerbread houses and 35 Christmas trees off. I'll be working at this event and try to take some pictures so I can show you these fabbo houses and trees!!! If you like, you can read all about it right HERE!!!

Hope you will have a relaxing weekend too....how about playing along in this weeks Crazy 4 Challenges ~ C4C63?!? Cindy is our November host and she is challenging you to create a *Christmas card or project*!!!

My CAS card is showing the sweet and gorgeous Alleluia Angel from Flourishes! My DP in the BG is from this awesome Webster Waiting for Santa & Sweet Season Collection. My big Striped Red Ribbon is from Stampin' Up. I also added Glitter to the wings, Silver Pearls, some Silver Beaded Cord and a matching Red Button. This card was super fast to make....I think I'll use the same design again, but change the colors around!!!

Now it's time to swing by the C4C Blog to see all the fabulous X-Mas creation or simply visit the C4C Team for close ups on their blogs ~ Angela, Barbara, Cindy, Frances, Jessie, Joanne, Vicki, JoycelynLyndaMaria, Silke K., and Tammy.

Have a wonderful weekend and I'll be back with another card tomorrow!!! Hugs ~S~

What a beautiful card! The color red at Christmas is so powerful. I love your ribbon with the silver beading! Thanks for the tip on C4C and the kinds words for my latest card! Use to make gingerbread houses long ago. A lot of work but what fun to see the faces on the children when it was finished. Good luck with yours!
