ODBD Alumni Blog Hop!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friends!!!

I hope you will enjoy this special day with your loved!?!? I've been busy baking and cooking these past days and I can't wait to sit down and enjoy all the goodies with my family.

It's also time for a new Our Daily Bread Designs Alumni Team's bi-monthly For the Love Blog Hop.  This week the Alumni team along with some of the ODBD designers are featuring a hop For the Love of Gift Giving! Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, check the ODBD blog for full list of links.  One of the post is a hop hot spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to win a $15 ODBD store gift certificate.  So, all you have to do is hop along and see all the creations and leave a little love!  You have until Wednesday, December, 5 at 6 pm.  Enjoy all the beautiful designs featuring For the Love of Gift Giving!

If you came here from KATHY'S BLOG then you are right on track.....if not, please start at the ODBD Blog and hop you way back to me :) !!!

I decided to create a gift tag for the upcoming holidays....I started with the large ODBD Exclusive Bookmark Die. Next I inked up the super sweet ODBD The Babe Set and cut it with the Classic Round Spellbinder Die. Right behind it I added another Red CS before I placed it on a Doily. The sentiment was stamped on the bottom and I placed some Silver Pearls below. The top was embellished with the Striped Ribbon, some Silver Metallic String and another Silver Pearl....voila. This tag came together fairly quickly...and it's so easy to replicate!

Thank you so much for taking the time to stopping by....now it's time to hop on over to TOSH'S BLOG!!! I'll be back again tomorrow with a new card....see you then!!!

                                                                    Hugs, ~Silke~

This is absolutely gorgeous Silke! I love the red and white color scheme and the simplicity of that stamp uncolored! Since I have this set (having won the whole bundle during the release!) I am definitely going to try something like this! Thanks for the inspiration! Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

There are some interesting points in time in this article but I don’t know if I see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I will take hold opinion until I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as well
