SC212 Thanks.....

Hello everyone!!!

Have you seen today's SC212 - I thought it's a tough one. I really had to think hard to come up with something!!! I really wanted to play, since all my kiddos are back to school - wahhoooo!!!

So I was sitting in my craft room browsing thur the older catalogs and there it was - the *So Much* Set. I always loved this Set....once I saw Faith Hofrichter creating some cards with it I knew I had to buy this Set too!!!!

The colors I used today are - Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Wild Wasabi, Marigold Morning. The Designer Paper is from the *new* Delicate Dots Collection that will be available in the upcoming *SALE-A-BRATION* Brochure.

First I inked the flowers in Versamark and embossed them with Black EP. I trimmed them, added the Antique Eyelets and Rhinestones. Next I added Stampin Dimensionals on all the flowers to create different heights. The Bashful Blue panel was embossed with the *Dots* Embossing Brass Template. After I created the centerpiece I added the Antique Brass Label Holder with the sentiment. I tied it all together with a Bashful Blue Grosgrain Ribbon.

Hope you like it??? Have a wonderful day!!! ~TFL~

This is gorgeous. Great take on the sketch - I had no idea what to do for it - so I was going to skip this week.

Love the color combo you used here, Silke! And it's always nice to see one of the "old, retired" sets come out! Beautiful card!

I saw this card on SCS yesterday and tried to leave a comment, but for some reason, I couldn't. I contacted SCS and let them know I was having problems, then they emailed me today and said they were having problems yesterday, SO I tried again to leave a comment and I couldn't, so I emailed them back. Something is wrong. ANYHOW, I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your card and how creatively you worked with the sketch. It was a very difficult to work with. I love your flowers and the embellies! GREAT job!

OMG! I loved this layout, but I love your card even more! I love the embossed dots to make that piece stand out, and the white space left when you tied the ribbon around the bottom is just perfect! LOVE IT!!
