Catered Crop Recipe Swap.....

It's time for a new Catered Crop Recipe Swap.....our ingredient this week is *STITCHING*. Whether you knit, crochet, needlepoint, cross stitch, hand stitch or machine stitch, we love it all!

Here is my take on it....

I decided to add some *FAUX STITCHING* around the edges of this sweet Whisker Graphic Bitty Bag. Next I added the Flourishes Country Charm Labels image and the sentiment is from the MFT PI Because You're Special Set. I embellished the rest of the bag with Flowers, PTI Ribbon, matching SU Button with some Pink Scrapper's Floss and Silver Pearls...voila!

CQC129 Tres Chic...

Hello again!

We have some beautiful colors for this weeks Color Q #129. Come and try them....

Here is my take on it.....

I went the girl route and chose the beautiful Flourishes Feminine Charm Set. The image was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ BV000, BG0000, YG11 and Prisma Markers ~ Deco Blue (PM134) & Dark Purple (PM168). The DP in the background is from the SU Rich Razzleberry Collection. Next I added the Cotton Trim Ribbon, the Flowers, the Off White Satin Ribbon with a matching SU Button & some Scrapper's Floss, plus the Silver Pearls.

FTTC161 Sketch Time!!!

It's my turn to host his weeks Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC161....yeah!!!! I hope you have time to try this *LONG CARD* SKETCH with us.

Here is my take on it......

The brand new released Botanical Bookplates Vol. 1 Set worked perfectly with this *Long Card* Sketch! The images were inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ Y19, Y21, YG11, G21, G24 and Colorless Blender. The sentiment is from the new Magnolias Set. The rest of my card was embellished the rest of my card with some Black/White Gingham Ribbon, some Cotton Trim Ribbon, a matching Black Button, Black Scrapper's Floss and Silver Pearls.

I'm very excited that I'm part of today's Our Daily Bread Designs *4th Anniversary* Blog Hop!!! It is such a blessing to work for a company that brings glory to God in every stamp set they create!

If you are a long term follower of ODBD, then you know that each year, the entire Design Teams can submit a bunch of their favorite Scripture for the *Special Anniversary Sets*, and those suggestions have been the sum total of all the "Scripture Collection" Stamp Sets in the store. I have the pleasure of showing off the beautiful Butterfly Corner Set. This Set can also be matched up with the beautiful Single Butterfly & Butterfly Die.  The in and outside sentiment is from the With Heartfelt Sympathy Set. The Butterfly Corner and Butterfly image was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and then I sponged it with some SU Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz and Poppy Parade. Next I added the Doily behind the sentiment and embellished the rest of my card with another Butterfly, Silver Pearls, Flowers and the Ribbon.

FTTC160, CQC128 Best of Luck...

It's time for a brand new Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC160 Challenge. Cindy is our hostess and she  is challenging us to add some *LACE & SCALLOPS*.

My color inspiration for this card came from this weeks Color Q ~ CQC128 Challenge.

As soon as I saw the colors I thought of *St. Patrick's Day* and the Flourishes Irish Blessings Set was the perfect choice. The image was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ YG11, G12, G24, G28, C1, C3 and Colorless Blender. Next I added some *scoring*,   some leftover BasicGrey DP, some Lace, with some Certainly Celery Ribbon with a matching Button and Scrapper's Floss, a punched out Scalloped Border and the Silver Pearls.

C4C127 Just Flying By....

Happy weekend!

It's time for a new Crazy 4 Challenge theme ~ C4C127.....*Spring brings new life*…. baby animals, flowers, Easter etc. Use this theme as your inspiration this week.

My card is for a *NEW* friend. I decided to use the super sweet PTI Bird Watching Set. The image itself was inked in Tuxedo Rich Cocoa and colored with these Copic Makers ~ YG91, E00, R27, R14, Y15, YG11, G12 and Colorless Blender. The DP in the background is from the Authentique Blissful Collection and I added some *faux stitching* and *edge distressing*. Next I embellished the card with some Ribbon, Button, Scrapper's Floss and some Pearls.

FTTC159 Happy Day....

Happy Tuesday!

I'm out off town, but hope that this post will go live :) !?! This is my card for this weeks Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC159.

Heather is our hostess and she has challenged us to use this Inspiration Photo.......

Since we were asked to use at least three different colors, I decided to us ~ Brown, Green, Blue, Yellow and Coral. The image is from the Lenten Rose Set. It was inked in Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with these Copic Markers ~ YG11, G12, G24, YR02, YR04, YR07, Y08, B0000, BV000, C1 and Colorless Blender. I added some Corrugated Board and distressed it with some White Ink. Next I added a Doily, the Cord and the little Tag with the sentiment from the Tiny Flowers and Tags Set and then I finished it off with the Brown Pearls.

C4C126 Happy Birthday...

Howdy friends!

Hope you are enjoying your weekend already??? Mine will be short, because I'm working another conference this Sunday into next week. I'm definitely looking forward to next weekend :) !!!

Anyway, it's time for a new Crazy 4 Challenge ~ C4C126 theme. The fabulous Frances is hosting this month and she has challenged us to create some *FUN FOLDS*. Feel free to check out the SCS Site for some awesome fold ideas.

I decided to go for the Trifold again...so simple and pretty :) !!! I couldn't help it, but I had to used the Botanical Silhouettes Set from PTI again. I added a little Glitter to the flowers and embellished the rest of the card with the Red/White Checker Ribbon, a matching Red Button, some White Scrapper's Floss, a Tag, the punched out edges, some scoring and the Silver Pearls. The window was created with the Spellbinder Labels Two.
