Old Olive Nugget Box
This one I'll probably give to our
UPS man he is always so nice and always has a smile on his face!!!
Plus he brings me all my goodies.....
I know everybody likes "their" brown man!!!
Our Postal guy deserves one too, so I guess I'll be making another one.......
Have a good one and if you are looking for the template for these lovely boxes go down two pictures to find the link......
Nugget Box
I'm in the Nugget Box creating spirit - lol!!!
These boxes are so much fun to make.....
This time I made a matching card with it.
I only used Real Red Cardstock and Ink and of course Whisper White.
I actually stamped the Merry Christmas from the "Party Punch" Hostess Set onto some Address lables (1"x 2 5/8") and wrapped them around the nuggets - super simple....and they stick better!!!
Click on the picture to get a better look and have fun making them!!!

Dashing Nugget Box
Hi everybody,
My camera is/was acting up....I could not take any pictures - SORRY!!!
Today we had a good talk and I was telling my
camera if "she" continues with this she'll be gone and I'll invest in a new one!!! LOL
So "she" got her act together and allowed me to take some pictures.....
I created this cute nugget box a couple of days ago. For the main wrap of the box I used the
Dashing DSP from SU. I stamped the "Sweets" from the "Sweet Sampler" set with Real Read Ink on Very Vanille Cardstock (since it matches the Dashing DSP). I had to trim the dots off. Then I punched out the scalloped part with the "Super Large Scalloped Oval Punch" from Marvy Uchida. I wish SU would sell them too...... Anyway - I used the Stampin Dimensionals to give it a 3-D look. The little flower was punched out with the "Three for You" punch. I also used a Old Olive Brad in the middle of the flower....
For my box I used the 3-Nugget-Template. I'm sending you to a site where you can pick your template from a 3 to 16 Nugget Box....Have fun!!!

More Peek-A-Boo Boxes
My "little" Miriam is soon celebrating her 3rd birthday....so I'm trying to come up with a box
that we can use as a "Thank you" gift for coming to her party.....I used the "Time Well Spent"
set. This set is great for little girls!
For the base I used So Saffron CS and Ink then I stamped it with the "Sweet Sampler" Dotted stamp.I colored the butterfly with Pretty in Pink Marker and also used Hero Arts clear gemstones on them. The Ribbon is Pretty in Pink (SU) plus a black stitched Ribbon from Michaels. Let me know what you think?!?
Click on any of my pictures to have a closer look....also please go down on this page and print out your own template on the link that I have posted from my first box.

I discovered these little boxes....and I love them...I don't know why I have not tried them earlier???
Did you see all those cute little "Halloween" ones???
I have the "Sweet Sampler" set and I was trying to create something with it, but failed a couple of times.....but when I saw these little boxes at SCS I knew exactly what I wanted to do...and here it is my little peek-a-boo box.
You can fill the boxes with anything you like....I'll put little Caramel Kisses in them. Hope you'll have time to try these boxes too....

Bookmarks inspired by Sharon
With the holidays being right around the corner I'm always looking for some great crafting ideas I can create with my girls....
This year my goal is to craft most of my gifts since my in-laws have everything they could ask for...my family is overseas and we don't exchange gifts....my girls will be receiving gift cards so they can pick what ever they like since they have their own taste already - lol!!!
So I want to at least create something from my heart....I fell in love with the wonderful bookmarks Sharon Johnson made - here is her blog:
http://notimetostamp.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com
Not only does she make beautiful bookmarks, she creates the most beautiful cards, boxes......you name it she comes up with something super cool!!! I love all her info's too....
Anyway this is the bookmark I created....I used River Rock and Chocolate Chip CS, Apple Cider DSP. I also used Chocolate Chip Ink. I bought these fun little 9 mm"Jingle Bells" at Michaels. The Stamp Set is "True Friend".
I'll be making a couple more.... Have a great weekend!!!
Time Well Spent
I received my x-mas present from Stampin'Up last night....I knew it was coming and of course I couldn't wait until UPS brought it. So as soon as I had it I ripped it open and let me tell you - it is so pretty!!!
It's so exciting because it's a Level III hostess set in the new Spring/Summer 2008 catalog....
This afternoon I had to play around and this is my first card I made with this set....nothing to crazy, but I don't know if you can tell I have used alot of Stampin Dimensionals to raise the images up... I made another picture from the side so you can see it better...
If you like this set get in touch with your demonstrator and book your workshop today or you can also earn this beautiful set with a catalog show !!!
I can't wait for the new catalog to come!!!! Getting this set makes me even more excited.......

Pink Birthday Card
You know I had to create a girly girl card....
Well, I took the same layout as before. With this card I used the Rose Red Prints DSP, Pretty in Pink and Purley
Pomegranate CS plus the WW.
The Scalloped Circle Punch is the "Giga" Size from Marvy Uchida. The inner circle was cut with the Coluzzle Cutter.
The Flowers are from the "Punch Box"....
The size for this card is 3 1/4" x 6 1/4
Hope you have a chance to make one......

Birthday Card
My father-in-law's birthday is on Tuesday so I had to come up with a card...I'm not so good with masculine cards.
This is as good as it will get....-lol!!!
Believe it or not I do not have any blue DSP. Thank goodness Stampin'Up is running a Promotion on DSP.
I'll definitely have to get some!!!
I wanted to mention that I saw this layout in the
"Paper made easy" Magazine - October issue and the "Original" was designed by Lindsey Botkin.
I used different DSP (Mellow by Basic Grey), I choose
Old Olive for the base and Chocolate Chip. I used
different wording and added the "Punch Box" flowers underneath.
Hope you like it and I'll catch up with you soon.
Cuttlebug Flower
This is the first Saturday in a while that I don't have anything going on.
My husband went to the GSU via Furman game...my baby girl is sleeping, my middle child is not feeling well and taking a long nap, my oldest is playing with her friend - I love it!!!
I bought myself this wonderful Cuttlebug a while back and let me tell you, I finally got my favorite templates a couple weeks ago and now I have time to play.....
I posted some of my first cards I made with the Cuttlebug in the October section....
For this card I choose the colors - So Saffron, Wild Wasabi and Chocolate Chip. I really like the colors together...I guess I felt a little "spring" like.
Anyway, I was trying the template called "Textile" from Cuttlebug - it's so pretty!!! The tag with the circle was lifted with the Stampin Dimensionals - got the idea from "markiesmom". The Brad in the flower (Prima) is from "K&Company" (Michaels). I also used the Copper Hardware with the DS Ribbon from Stampin'Up.
I like cards that are not to complicated....Have a great weekend!!!

Origami Box
I had to make a new Origami Box for my
Workshop this weekend.
We'll be making some Ornaments (which I have posted below - only we will use flat glass ones) and this is the perfect Box to give your Ornament away!!!
For this Box I have used River Rock CS and the Holiday Harmony DSP from the "Holiday Mini Catalog". I also used the Satin Pomegranate Ribbon - love the super soft feeling !!!
And that's all..... you also can decorate the top like I did with the Scalloped Circle Punch. I think that gives the Box it's finished touch.
The Origami Box was posted by http://kwernerdesign.com/blog/2007/05/box-instructions.html
Kristina made some really cute Boxes....
Also you can get some good instructions from this:
http://www.origami-instructions.com/origami-box.html
Hope you like my Box and try your own - you'll have fun making them!!!

Frosty Ornament
I am a big Snowman Fan...I might have mentioned that before and I keep buying Snowman images!!!
Once I have seen the beautiful Ornaments everybody has created on SCS I knew exactly what I wanted to use for my Ornaments!!! FROSTY....
I still had some Transparent Sheets left from my projects last Winter, so that was perfect....and this is what I did:
* Stamp the image with Basic Black Ink on the
Transparent Sheet.
* Color the scarf, hat, buttons, nose etc with you
favorite Markers. (I have used Real Red and in
between I have used the Dazzling Diamond Glitter
for some "Sparkle")
* Use your Circle Coluzzle and cut around your image.
DO NOT CUT all the way thru !!! You will need to
leave a little handle on top so you can move your
image once you have placed it inside!!!
* To place the image inside you have to roll it very gently and place it inside your Ornament
and let it unfold...you can position it with the little handle you have created.
* I filled the Ornament with some Scintillement Brillo Glitter (Crystal) to give it some more
"Snow" affect... - I bought this Glitter at Michaels just in case you need to find some.
* For the string I have use the 1/4" Real Red Ribbon from SU and you can cut it any lenght
you like.
Have fun making it!!! It's a great project for your kids too. I can't wait to make some more.
Matter of fact I'll be making some this weekend for my workshop!!!
Have a great day and I'll be creating somthing new soon.....
I almost forgot to mention this great blog from Hollie Lisk aka PrideStampers from SCS she made a couple of beautiful Ornaments please check out her blog:

Glitter Snow Man
Okay Halloween is over....now I can concentrate on some more christmas cards!!!
I was just playing around with the "Punch Pal" set....
and this is what I created. I also wanted to use the wording from the set but it was a little to small.
So I ended up with the "Merry Christmas" from the Many Merry Messages set. This set has served my well
in the past....
Of course I had to use the Dazzling Diamond Glitter around the Snowman image!!!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend and I'll try to make a new card soon.....
