CQC137, FTTC169 Thank you....and some more pictures!!!

Happy Tuesday!

Hope all you *Mother's* had a wonderful Mother's Day??? I sure did...my kids made everything so special for me :) !!! I'm truly blessed to be a mom of three beautiful smart girls!

As promised I have some pictures of Sarah's 8th Grad Formal...waiting for you at the end of this post. She looked so beautiful and way to mature...LOL...I can't believe she is heading to High School this fall.

First I would like to show you my card for this weeks Flourishes Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC169. Maki is our hostess and she has challenged us to *PICK A LETTER*. I chose the letter *B*...and I included...Button, Bow, Basic Grey and Bling.

I decided to ink you the beautiful newly released Hydrangea Set. The image was inked in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with these Copic Markers ~ BV000, B02, YG11, G24. The DP on top is from the Basic Grey Little Black Dress Collection. The rest of my card was embellished with some  *scoring*, a punched out Scalloped Border,  Ribbon, matching Button, Scrapper's Floss, some Silver Pearls and some Glitter.

Please make sure to check out the rest of the FTTC team ~ Cindy, Maki, Heather, Mona, Beate, Amanda and our sweet May Guest Designer Marie Oberg.

My card was also inspired by this weeks Color Q Challenge ~ CQC137  and this weeks CardPatterns Sketch #165....

Now onto some pictures....hope you like them?!?

As always thank you so much for taking the time to swing by! Have a fabulous week!!!

                                                                   Hugs, ~Silke~

Ah, Silke! Sarah looks beautiful! You know my daughter is the same age, but she's tom-boy all the way! It's hard to imagine what she would look like if she were into clothes, hair and make-up! She's still a little girl to me because she's not into those things. They grow up so fast!
