The scoop here at the Ledlow house is that Rebecca and Sarah finally received the word on what team, schedule, home room teacher they have for the new school year. I had no idea, that this info could be sooooooooooooooooooooooo super important...LOL!!! Miriam really doesn't care, since she already knows, that all of the 3rd Grad teachers are awesome...so whom ever she will have, she will be happy! I guess it's not so for Middle and High School...LOL?!?
To be honest with you, I'm excited too, that we finally return to a routine....I know my kids need the structure and social live that comes with schooling. Even though we enjoyed our summer it's time for our normal family life :) !!!
Anyway, we had an awesome summer day today and we hung out at the pool....which threw me a little bit behind on crafting my card for today's Crazy for Challenge ~ C4C196.
This week's challenge theme is *PICNIC TIME*. Interpret this any way you like. A checkered tablecloth background, a picnic invitation, food card, ice cream, fireworks, ANTS! Whatever picnic means to you?!?
I also combined this card with this weeks Catered Crop Challenge....the theme for this challenge is *SUMMERTIME*. For more inspiration check out this fun Pinterest Board....
My color inspiration came from Mona's the new A Mixed Media Color Challenge ~ AMMCCA4.
The requirement for this challenge is to use two different Mediums......mine are ~ Memento Tuxedo Black Ink along with the Copic Markers ~ YR000, E00, E35, E37, R14, R29, R35 plus Colorless Blender.
