FS82 Dreams du Jour

Happy Sunday everyone!!!

Today's Featured Stamper #82 is *NikiE's*.

I've seen some of her beautiful creations on SCS and over on the PTI site. Of course I couldn't resist playing along...LOL!!!

Here is the card I decided to case. I love how Niki has scored the BG and I wanted to do that with my card as well....

These are the changes I made:

*** I used different colors - White, Red, Black

*** I used the *Dreams du Jour* Set as my main image

*** I exchanged the Dew Drops for Pearls.

If been wanting to update you on our little puppy.....

Here is our *Luke*. He is 3 months now.

He has grown so much and gained 16 pounds since we have him.........We are switching him to *big* boy food soon!!! The Vet thinks he'll be at least 80 pounds.....he has his body from his daddy and his pretty face from his mommy!!!

Luke loves to hang out with my girls. In the picture is my oldest Sarah (right), her friend Tiff (center) and our little Miriam (left). Can you tell Luke loves to be the center of attention.....????

Next I want to show you some gorgeous cards some of my blogger friends have mailed me. I feel so blessed to have found such awesome friends thru SCS - THANK YOU LADIES FOR THINKING OF ME - IT REALLY MEANS THE WORLD TO ME!!!

LSC183 JOY

Happy TGIF!!!

Here is my input for today's LSC183.

We had to use something old - my retired DS Blue Bayou Ribbon,
something new - my uninked Verse Visual Plain Jane #5, something borrow - I ran out of small Pearls and I had to hunt for some in my oldest daughters room, she hid them pretty good... LOL....
I think she knew I would look for them eventually...he,he,he - I better replace them fast before she'll get mad........
At last we had to use something blue - my choice was the the Urban Garden DP plus the Baja Breeze CS and Ink.

WT181 Beautiful Flowers

Hey you all!!! Hope you are having a great week so far???

Today I made sure that I read the whole WT181 instructions before I got started... LOL - so I wouldn't mess up again....!!!

When I was a *Guest Architect* for *Innovative Stamp Creations* - Betsy Griffin the owner - was so generous to mail me a whole bunch of her gorgeous Stamp Sheets....and one of them is called *Beautiful Flowers* - I have not had a chance to use it unit I have seen today's
WT Challenge and I thought it would be perfect to color this particular image.

I've used the Watercolor Pencils from SU and added this *Color Float* (Delta) to shade and highlight my image. You can buy this product at Michael's.

My card measures 4" x 4". I used Whisper White as my card base. Then I added Basic Black plus Tangerine Tango CS.

The fun part is after I used the *Color Float* with the lighter Red from the Watercolor Pencil it's a perfect *Tangerine* match - wahhhhoooo!!! I also added some Dazzling Diamond Glitter in the center of the flowers. The gorgeous Brad is from *Anna Griffin* and the Black Satin Ribbon is from Walmart!!!

CC181 Path of Life

Hello again!!!

I didn't plan on making another card today, but after seeing the beautiful CC181 - Kraft, Rose Red and Basic Black - I couldn't resist!!!

Plus I have some wonderful news to share!!!

Kelley Holland the owner of *Our Daily Bread Designs* has asked me to be her *Guest Designer* for the month of October/November!!! WAHHHOOOO - I'm so super excited!!! Thank you Kelley - for asking me and for the wonderful opportunity to create with your beautiful Scripture Set's!!!

About my card - I have used Julee Tilman's MTVD07 Sketch with the *Path of Life* Set from *ODBD* and colored it according to the CC181 colors plus I have added some Certainly Celery for the trees. I have also added some medium Silver Brads from Making Memories to finish of my card.

My goodness - this Tuesday came fast.....Now that Beate is back in the

house - no wonder - LOL!!!

Today's *Inspiration Piece* for the BIC20 is this pretty framed Poppy Picture.

I definitely love the colors -it's actually one of my favorite color combos and I ran with that idea.....

I have been wanting to show off my new SU Stamp Set's as well, so today is the day were I've inked up my gorgeous new *Upsy Daisy* Set.

My card measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". The base of my card is Whisper White and I have layered it with Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White. After I have colored the main image with Real Red and Old Olive Markers I have layered it again on a Real Red CS. This panel was raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the same Set and I have inked it with Basic Black.

I also have added some Satin Basic Ribbon (Walmart) and some Mini Silver Brads.

TLC183 Friends Sneak Peek #6

How fun - today's TLC183 is all about *Dry Embossing* - love it!!!

If you have seen my card from yesterday - you already know that I love this technique....for some reason my favorite is the circle embossing on *Baby* cards....

So today - I dug out some of my other Templates and settled for the *Pick a Petal*.

I have used Taylor VanBruggen's TECC30 Sketch for my card and I have started out embossing the flowers randomly all over the Pink Pirouette CS.

Next I have layered the Chocolate Chip CS. Then
I've added another panel with Pink Pirouette and Whisper White - were I have embossed the WW CS with the same Embossing Template.

The main image is today's last Sneak Preview from *Little Paper Shop*. It is a beautiful Set with sentiments about *Friends* - I really like it!!! I think over the years I have become closer to my friends than to my own family since they are living overseas...I'm so glad God has blessed me/us with some wonderful friends!!!

Back to the card - I have inked the sentiment in Chocolate Chip Ink and after I have trimmed it to my liking I have pierced around the edges. I then placed it on a smaller rectangle Nestie and added some brown flowers with Pearls for decoration. According to Taylor's Sketch I have also added some more Pearls to the CC CS.

FS81 Welcome Baby and Sneak Preview # 5

Hello everyone!!!

I don't know about you, but I was getting really *antsy* waiting for the Featured Stamper announcement.....does that mean I 'm addicted - LOL???

Anyway - the lucky lady today is *Patricia aka kokirose* - she has a gorgeous gallery!!!

Congratulation Patricia - enjoy your day!!!

As you may already know - I love *Baby* cards and as soon as I saw this cutey I knew I wanted to case it!!!

The wonderful thing is I can also combine this card with today's Sneak Preview Set called *Going In Circles* from *Little Paper Shop*. This Set comes in four different everyday phrases.....it's only two more days until the official Release date- WAAHHOOO!!!

According to the SCS rules we have to change at least *two* things about the card we are casing....here is what I have done:

***I have used different CS and DP - Bashful Blue, Making Memories - Cosmopolitan Collection.

***I have used a different Embossing Template *Shape* from SU.

***I have added the beautiful Blue Satin Ribbon from A.C. Moore.

***I have also made my focal point the Textured Die-Cut Bloom from SU with the circled image from *LSP*.

IC142 Beautiful Thing - Preview #4

Happy Saturday!!!

Even though I wanted to make more cards last night...I was not able to...as soon as I had finished my post yesterday - my phone has been ringing of the hook!!!

One of the calls was my long lost friend from Germany and we talked for ever...by the time we were done it was time to bring my little Monsters to bed - LOL!!!

Anyway - I had a fresh start today and I was able to make two cards - YEAAAHHH!!!

This card is for the IC142 - Marimekko Umbrellas. I have combined the IC with the beautiful *Color Challenge* from the OCC Girls - Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Ruby Red and Chocolate Chip.
These colors remind me of *Fall* and *Fall* reminds me of *Rain*.......
The layout is from Beate's WSC#54.
This is definitely a fully inspired card - LOL!!!

Today is the 4th day for *Little Paper Shop's* Sneak Peak Preview. I have used this beautiful *Flower* Set called *Beautiful Things*. Remember all Set's will be availibale on August, 26th!!!

This card was also inspired by the IC Umbrellas.

I have used the same Stamp Set as above and inked it with *Pretty in Pink*. As you can tell this *new* Set from *Little Paper Shop* is a 2-Step-Stampin' Set!!!

The sentiment was also inked in Pretty in Pink and layered onto same color CS - which was then raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

I have dressed the card up with some small Pearls, MS Butterflies and a Pink Ribbon.

LSC182 plus Sneak Preview Day #3

Hello and happy TGIF!!!!

What a crazy morning it was for us/me.... I dropped of my baby girl at Preschool, Luke (our 3 months old Boxer) - BTW he has gained 16 pounds since we have him....he is gonna be huge - LOL!!!
Then I came home - worked on my card, tried to post it... - all of a sudden we had *Tornado* warnings.

Had to log off for a while to see what was going on and if I had to take shelter....- thank goodness the bad weather moved fairly quickly!!! We still have pockets of bad weather coming....thanks to tropical storm *FAY*!!!

So I'm gonna make this fast!!! I have made this card for the LSC182 - Oldies But Goodies!!! For my card I have used the *Botanical Garden* Set as my *Oldie* and inked it with Riding Hood Red. Then I have layered it onto Whisper White and Riding Hood Red CS. This panel was raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the retired *It's Your Birthday* Set and it was also inked in Riding Hood Red. I have added some medium Silver Brads and the fab *new* Riding Hood Red Ribbon!!!


I have made this card for the *Sneak Peek* Preview
for *Little Paper Shop* I have used this Set called *Peace* - it's super cute!!! As you can tell from the SCS gallery - tree images are really *IN* right now!!! All new Stamp Set's will be available August, 26th!!!

I have stamped my main image with Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, More Mustard and Pumpkin Pie - fabulous *Fall* colors!!! I have layered the image with Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Chip CS and raised this panel with Stampin Dimensionals.

The sentiment is also from the same Set and I have inked it in Chocolate Chip plus I have pierced right below it. The Ribbon is from Micheal's and it matches the Old Olive color perfectly. Next I have added three medium Copper Brads.

WT180 Just a Note

Good Morning!!!

Today marks the 2nd day of *Little Paper Shop's* Sneak Peak Preview.

Julia has designed this beautiful *Tree Stamp* called*Chirp* - it has a lot of beautiful extras....All the *new* Set's will be available August, 26th!!!

I have used the Sketch from Jen del Muro to create my card plus the wonderful WT180 Challenge -All Torn up!!!

I have started out with a Very Vanilla base and added a Chocolate Chip CS. On top of this CS I have added the SU retired DP *Outlaw*. Next I have pierced around the edges and did some *Faux Stitching*.

The main image was inked up with Sage Shadow, Chocolate Chip Ink and Markers. I have torn the Chocolate Chip CS to my liking before I have added the main image. The sentiment and the *Tree* image were raised with Stampin Dimensionals. Then I have added the Sage Shadow circle according to the Sketch and added some medium Copper Brads.

SC180 plus MOJO49 Rock Star Sneak Preview!!!

Hello!!!

Starting today I/we will show you the *Sneak Previews* for Little Paper Shop!!!

Julia has come up with some great new Stamps that you will love and they *ROCK* - LOL!!!

All new Stamp Set's will be available for purchase on August, 26th!!!

The first new Set is called *Rock Star* - when my 10 yr old daughter Sarah saw this Stamp Set - she said - "she totally loves this one" - LOL!!! So do I!!!

I have found this awesome *Hot Mama Damask* DP from Glitz Design at the LSS in Savannah and I thought it would go great with this Set....loved the Pink and Black theme....

I have used the SC190 for the layout of my card. I made this into a 3" x 3" card so Sarah could give it to her best friend....

CC180 Serene Spring

Hello again!!! Hope you are having a great day so far???

I wasn't sure if I wanted to play along for the CC180 - Ruby Red, Blush Blossom and Close to Cocoa....

But what the heck - I thought I can at least give it a try....maybe it's just the way my card turned out - LOL???

I have used the new *Serene Spring* image from SU and inked it in Close to Cocoa. Next I have colored the image with a Blender Pen using the required colors and added a little Certainly Celery to the leaves and grass... Then I have added some Dazzling Diamond Glitter to the *butterfly* and *flowers*.

The image was layered onto Ruby Red CS and raised it with Stampin Dimensionals. Before I have place it on the card I have added a Blush Blossom CS that was dry embossed with the Scor-Pal.

The sentiment is from the same Set and it was inked in Close to Cocoa. I have added Silver Brads right below it.

BIC19 Friend to Friend

Hurray - Beate is back with the *Be Inspired* Challenge!!!

She has chosen this beautiful bedding for the *Inspiration Piece*.

I have translated the colors into - Basic Gray, Certainly Celery and Tangerine Tango.

My card measures 5" x 5". I have started out with a Whisper White CS. Next I have layered it with Basic Gray and Whisper White again - plus I have pierced the WW CS. Next layer is Tangerine Tango, Whisper White and a CB embossed Certainly Celery CS.
The main image is from the *new* Pocket Silhouette and I have inked it with Tangerine Tango and Certainly Celery Marker. The image was layered onto Basic Grey CS and all three panels were raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

I have dressed the Card up with the gorgeous Basic Gray Taffeta Ribbon and Pewter Brads.The sentiment is from the same Stamp Set and I have inked it right above the Brads with Tangerine Tango.

FS80 Jessica Rone

What a fun and exciting day!!!

My friend Jessica Rone aka *knightrone* is today's *Featured Stamper #80*!!!

WAHHHOOO Jessie - I don't know about you, but I love this girl - she is super sweet and she is always thinking of every one else first!!! She inspires me all the time with her gorgeous cards and other creations. I'm happy and honored to call her my friend!!!

Here is the card I have chosen to case today.....now we can *shamelessly* case any of her cards - LOL!!!

Unfortunately we had to change at least two things about the card and here is what I have done:

- I have changed the colors - Tangerine Tango, Close to Cocoa and Whisper White

- I have stamped a different Silhouette image - *Solidago Spring from Rubber Stampede*

- I have added Antique Brass Jumbo Eyelets and Pearls instead of Brads.

IC141 Serene Spring and OCC Challenge Card

Happy Saturday everyone!!!

Hope you are enjoying your weekend so far and have time to stamp???

Our little *Luke* is getting us up very early these days and since I was up I thought I'd play along with the IC141 - Athleta Swimwear!!! Gorgeous samples and I have chosen this beauty. The *Melon* color totally reminded me of the new gorgeous *Urban Garden* DP from SU......!!!

I have added the DP on the bottom of the card and added some 5/8" White Ribbon on the edge. Next I was dyeing the white flower with the matching color *Baja Breeze*. I have used the Heating Tool to fasten the process....once it was dry I have added a smaller white flower and added the Halfback Pearl to it.

At last I have inked the sentiment from the *Serene Spring* Set in *Baja Breeze* as well and pierced right below it.

Here is a card I have made for today's OCC Sketch Challenge.

I also combined this card with the MTV06 Challenge from Verse Visual.
Charmaine is asking us to make a *Black and White* card with a *Splash*!!!

My *Splash* color is *Tangerine Tango* - my favorite out of the new In Color!!!

I have used the *Stitched* BG Stamp for the center and the sentiment is from the new *Heard from the Heart*.

The Black Satin Ribbon is from Michales, the flowers are from Walmart!!!

GSGC11 A Wish for Peace

Happy TGIF!!!

I had a fun day today - I went shopping by myself!!!

Have not done this in a while....it was so nice not to drag any of my girls along!!!

Of course I didn't get home until late afternoon and boy I had to take a quick nap....the heat was killing me!!!

OOOPPPPSSS!!! As I'm writing this.....I just realized that I have *not* created a *Snowman* card....for the LSC181!!! I have created a *Christmas* card....oh well - I guess I was too eager to make a card - any card - LOL!!!

At least the card is still good for the *Great Swaps Girls* Challenge - Jessica Rone has challenged us to use at least three Embellishments.....!!!

I have used last years *Dashing* DP from SU. The image is from the *NEW* Stamp Set called *A Wish for Peace*. It was colored with Close to Cocoa and Old Olive Markers. Next I have *bedazzled* the image with Dazzling Diamond Glitter and layered it onto Riding Hood Red CS. This panel was raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

The Embellishments that I have chosen are - Moss Ribbon (Michaels), Antique Brass Jumbo Eyelets and red Rhinestones.

ISC11 Challenge plus WT179

Hello everyone!!!

I had to make a quick card for the WT179 - Crazy for Copics!!!!

I own a couple of them and just don't use them often enough....

This card was done very fast and I have used the Whisper White CS as my base. Then I have stamped the new *Serene Spring* Hostess Set II with Close to Cocoa Ink and colored it with the following Copics:
YG91 Putty, R29 Lipstick Red, Vo9 Violet, G94 Grayish Olive, B34 Manganese Blue, Colorless Blender Pen and a Prismacolor Marker PM65 Sienna Brown.
I have added the Barley Banana and Pretty in Pink Marker on the *Butterfly* - which was raised with Stampin Dimensionals.

When the image was all done I have layered it onto Riding Hood Red CS and tore the bottom of it.

Next I have inked the sentiment in Close to Cocoa. To jazz it all up I have bedazzled the *Butterfly* plus *Flowers* with Dazzling Diamond Glitter. I have added the beautiful Mellow Moss Taffeta Ribbon and some Gold Mini Brads.

Here is a project that was suggested by Kathy Tucker a Innovative Stamp Creations team member.

We had to use the same technique, color palette and main focal image on an ATC, Moo and Inchie.

I have used my favorite Set *Nature Silhouette I* - love it!!! (don't forget to stop by and see my card I have made yesterday with this Set)

The colors on my card are Orchid Opulence, YoYo Yellow, Old Olive and Tangerine Tango!!!

I have used Markers and Blender Pen to color the image.....love that look!!! Then I have bedazzled my flowers with Dazzling Diamond Glitter and placed them Orchid Opulence CS.

SC189 Silhouette

Hello everyone!!!

I really like this Color Combo#179 (check out the card below) we had yesterday and I had to use it again with the wonderful SC189 today.

Since I'm a hug fan of *Silhouette* Stamps and I have not received my SU shipment I had to grab my gorgeous *Nature Silhouette I* Set from Innovative Stamp Creations.

I have inked it with the Elegant Eggplant, Taken with Teal and Old Olive Inks and Markers. After I have stamped them I have scored the main image with my Score Pal. I had to add the MS *Butterfly* and I have added some *Silver Pearls* to it.

To dress the card up I have pierced around the Old Olive CS to create a frame. At the end I have added some Silver Mini Brads and the Ribbon. I have also raised the CS with Stampin Dimensionals!!!

CC179 and last Anni-VERSE-sary Card #12

Can you believe today is the last day of Julee Tilman's Anni-VERSE-sary Sketch #12 - even though I wanted to go on and on.....- I'm so excited to see all the fabulous Set's Julee has cooked up for us!!!

I've waited until this morning to finish the last card, because I wanted to use the CC179 - Taken with Teal, Old Olive and Elegant Eggplant. A gorgeous combo that I would have never used until my blogger friend Nancy has created this gorgeous card and it was a hit!!! Thanks Nancy!!!

I have used The *Floral Whimsy* Set from Verse Visual and inked the flowers with Old Olive, Elegant Eggplant and Taken with Teal. I have added some medium Silver Brads on the side and punched out the layers on the sentiment - *Heartfelt Phrases* from VV - with Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White and Old Olive. The sentiment itself was inked in Taken with Teal and I have added some piercing right below it.

As you can tell I have used the *Dotted* Cuttlebug folder on the larger Whisper White CS.
I can't believe I have not added any Ribbon to this card - how cool is that???

Anni-VERSE-sary Card #10 and #11

Oh no - just one more day of Julee's fabulous Sketches.....

I have worked on this card Sketch #11 last night and since it was dark out already I figured I wait until today to post it.

I have used Close to Cocoa, Soft Sky and Whisper White CS on my card.

I have used again the *Serenity* Set from Verse Visual's. I hope you can see the *leave stamp* that I have inked first in River Rock and then I have added the sentiment with Close to Cocoa.

As you can tell I love piercing lately too and have done it on this card again.....I even added some piercing on the *Butterflies* that I have punched out with the Martha Stewart Punch....love that thingy!!!

This is my card for Sketch #10.

For this card I have used the colors River Rock , Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette and Whisper White. The Designer Paper is from SU *Ginger Blossom*. The Riding Hood Red matches perfectly with this DP....

I don't know if you can see it on the main image - I have stamped the *Serenity* single *negative* stamp with River Rock Ink first and then added the sentiment from the *Floral Whimsy* Set with Riding Hood Red. Next I have pierced around the edges.

Most of the layers are raised with Stampin Dimensionals. To finish it all off I have added the *butterfly* with tiny Pearls and also added some medium Pearls on each side.

FS79 and OCC Challenge

Today's Featured Stamper is Kim Teasdale. She has a gorgeous gallery and you can see it right here.

When I was looking thru Kim's gallery I wanted to pick a card that I could combined with yesterdays OCC Challenge - not to use more that four layers - YIKES - that was tough!!!

Lately I have been adding a lot of CS on my cards while I'm participating in Julee's Anni-VERSE-sary Sketches and it was a challenge to tone down - LOL!!!

After all I have chosen this card to case. Isn't Kim card gorgeous??? Unfortunately - we have to change at least two things on the original card and I have done this:

*Changed the colors - Shimmery Textured CS, Very Vanilla, Pink Textured CS

*Shape of the card - long 3 1/2" x 6"

*Different Stamp Set - The Art of Life.

*I have added gold Mini Brads.

*I chose not to do any piercing or sewing.

IC140 an Anni-VERSE-sary Card #9

Good Morning everyone!!!

Have us seen the wonderful IC#190 yet??? Awesome colors -I have used the *new* In Colors -Pacific Point, Riding Hood Red and Whisper White.

Don't they look gorgeous together???

I have used the IC for my color inspiration - it definitely help me for Julee's fabulous Anni-VERSE-sary Sketch #9.

The main image is from Verve Visuals *Plain Jane*Collection and I have inked it in Riding Hood Red.

To dress the card up a bit....I have pierced around the larger white panel and the edges of the sentiment.

Can you tell I like my new *Butterfly* Punch from Martha Stewart??? I have also added some medium Brads from Making Memories.

LSC180 ssnotime47 plus Anni-VERSE-sary Card #8

Happy TGIF!!!

I've been wanting to post my card this morning....but then our Landscaper called and wanted to spray the yard....of course I was still in my PJ's and instead of posting it I hopped in the shower....

While in the shower....he'd called and said he is running late....next thing I know I started doing some cleaning - grabbed lunch and it's now 3:00pm and he still hasn't showed up.....If I'd only known - LOL!!!

I have created this card for the LSC#180 and ssnotime#47 . Very quick and simple little ATC card...I have used one of my old time favorites *Best Blossoms*. I have inked the leaves in Tangerine Tango and the sentiment in Chocolate Chip.

The Ribbon is Martha Stewart and the Pearls are from Hero Arts. Hope you like it???


I was so excited this morning to see Julee's Sketch #8 - isn't it beautiful???

I hope I win one of the gorgeous Set's that Julee is giving away - I really need some more Verve Stamps!!! Actually I hope I win all of them - he,he,he -I know you probably think the same thing...LOL!!!

Anyway - for this card I have used the *Serenity* Set again and this time I have inked it with Pink Pirouette and Plum Pudding.

I have bought the fabulous looking Plum Pudding DP (Papertrey Ink) a while back and I have no idea why I have not used it....??? So today is the day of Plum Pudding - again - LOL!!!

Doesn't it look gorgeous with the Pink Pirouette??? Pefect match!!!

The sentiment is also from Verve *Heartfelt Phrases* and it was inked in Plum Pudding. For the Embellishments I have used the Silver Brads and the Butterfly Punch from Martha Steward - I have decorated the *Butterfly* with Silver Gems from Michaels. I have also scored two lines right above the Ribbon Treatment (also Papertrey Ink).

ISC10 Challenge and another WT178

Hello again!!!

Remember I was telling you about my project that I was working on the other day.....???

Here it is....I've created this little*Recipe* Journal for the Innovative Stamp Creations Challenge ISC10 using the *About Me* Set.

For my creation I have used the SU *On Board 5"x 5" Art Journal*. I have covered the front page with a Whisper White CS and distressed it with Chocolate Chip Ink...I was still in the *getting dirty mood* from Laura's DD Challenge - LOL!!!

Next I have layered it with the stamped image using Tangerine Tango and Chocolate Chip CS. Then I have added the flowers - which I have embossed with Chocolate Chip Craft Ink and clear EP. The flowers were colored with a Blender Pen using - So Saffron, Wild Wasabi and Tangerine Tango Ink.

In the center of the flowers I have used some Silver Jumbo Eyelets and matching orange Gemstones. I will also submit this for the WT178.... The side of the Journal was dressed up with Ribbons. Hope you like it???

WT178 and Anni-VERSE-sary Card #7

I wish Julee's Anni-VERSE-sary Celebration would never end....LOL!!!

I love all the Sketches she has created and this card is my submission for Sketch #7. I have also combined this challenge with the WT178 - *Be-Jeweled.....

I have used Wild Wasabi, Tangerine Tango and Pink Pirouette CS - I really like this combo!!!

The *Bling* is from Hero Arts, the Butterfly Punch is Martha Stewart, the Ribbon is Pink Taffeta from SU and the Stamp Set's are from Verve Visual *Floral Whimsy* plus *Heartfelt Phrases* - can you tell I need to win the Verve Challenge - I need more VV Stamps...LOL???

I almost forgot to tell you that I have scored the left side of my card six times - thought that would be a nice touch....???

Anni-VERSE-sary Card #6

I was up bright and early....but I wish I could have slept in a bit more....

My card making juices were definitely not flowing at all.....

After I saw Julee's Sketch #6 I was ready to tackle it...but everything I've made was not good.... - everything landed in the trash....

Then I checked my e-mail and saw Laura Fredrickson's Tuesday Technique - Glittered Pretties and my day was saved!!! Thank you - Laura!!!

For my card I have used *Plum Pudding* (Papertrey Ink) and Whisper White. The sentiment was also inked in Plum Pudding and it's from Verse Visuals *Floral Whimsy* Set.

The glitter on the flowers are from Martha Stewart and it's a perfect match!!! Love it!!!

Maybe you get inspired by Laura's and Julee's ideas too - I hope you like what I have created???

SC188 Live Your Dream

Good Morning you all....it's actually way past my bedtime....I couldn't sleep - hate when that happens....!!!

Once again I have been on the computer way toooo long...browsing thru my favorite site - SCS...of course I had to see if the Sketch Challenge was up....and there it was - no return - I had to play!!!

Sorry - since it's so late I didn't have a great picture - I'll try to change it later!!!

I have used Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi and Whisper White CS for my card. Same colors for the Ink plus Chocolate Chip for the sentiment. The Stamp Set is *Live Your Dream* from SU.

CC178 and Anni-VERSE-sary Card #5

Good Morning everyone!!!

Emily has chosen the retired *In Colors* for today's
Color Combo Challenge #178.....I'm gonna miss these wonderful colors!!!

I have bought a whole bunch of the Combo-Packs thru out the year and they will last me a lifetime....

I have combined the CC178 with Julee Tilman's
Anni-VERSE-sary Sketch #5.

The base of my card is *Textured Groovy Guava* CS and I have layered it with Whisper White and added some *Afternoon Tea DP* plus the GG scalloped edge .

The image is from *Verve Visuals - Floral Whimsy* and I have inked it with Purely Pomegranate, Wild Wasabi and Groovy Guava. I added some Karen Foster Scrapper's Floss. I layered the flower image onto *Textured GG* and pierced around the edges.

To finish it all up I have added the Silver Brads and the DS Groovy Guava Ribbon. The sentiment is also from *Verve Visual - Heartfelt Phrases* and it's inked with Wild Wasabi.

Anni-VERSE-sary Cards!!!

Hey you all - I'm back into my stampin' groove!!!

I finally have my life back - LOL!!! The girls had their first day of school today - YEEAAHHH!!!

After all the traveling, entertaining and getting ready for school this past week - I really needed some serious *stampin' therapy*!!!

Can you tell how desperate I was - I have finished four cards...and a project for the ISC that I'll be sharing with you soon!!!

Yesterday afternoon when the girls took a nap I went to my craft room and looked at all the fun Sketches Julee Tilman has cooked up for her Anni-VERSE-sary Celebration!!!

This card is actually Sketch # 4 and I have used all Verve Stamps - Serenity and Heartfelt Phrases. The colors for this card are - Regal Rose, Basic Gray, Wild Wasabi and Whisper White.

This card is Sketch # 2 and I really like the simplicity of it!!!

I have used - Soft Sky, Rose Red, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White CS for this card.

The Ribbon is from Martha Stewart and matches the Soft Sky perfectly....

I have used another wonderful Verse Stamp from the *Plain Jane* Collection and I love this Psalm!!!

Julee has started out with this wonderful Sketch # 1. Isn't it fun???

I have used - Groovy Guava, Wild Wasabi, Close to Cocoa and Whisper White CS.
