INSPIRED BY #IB163 - TAKE A NUMBER

Hello stamping friends!

After this crazy Texas weather we had last week...I need a beach vacation..pronto!!!

Here is this weeks inspiration photo #IB163- Take a Number....

My card was inspired by the numbers....

our Sarah's birthday is coming up and I figured it

would be perfect to craft a birthday card with her "numbers" on it :).

For this card I pulled out my PTI - Don't forget to Write Market Kit along with the matching dies. I started out by scoring the White CS layer. The numbers were cut out with Gold Glitter DP using the By the Numbers Mats Dies. The stripped background behind the numbers was inked up using the retired SU- Gorgeous Grunge Set. The sentiment is from the retired PTI - Painted Petals and Bloomin' Cute Set. At last I added the Gold Pearls.

Here is this weeks inspiration photo #IB162 - Quote Me....

My card was inspired by a "Winnie The Pooh" Quote. 

I decided to rewrite the quote on my computer, so I could highlight it in the PTI - Bold Borders: Arabesque Die. Next I decorated my card with the PTI - Gran's Garden Set along with the matching dies. At last I added the punched out Butterfly and dressed it up with some Silver Pearls.

COLOR THROWDOWN #629 - THANK YOU

Happy Monday!

We are trapped in our house due to the crazy frigid cold weather here in Texas...it's all good...I had a chance to craft some cards :) !!!

The Color Throwdown #629 was calling my name and here is my idea....

The color combo for this week is PINK - RED- BLACK AND WHITE....

My card is featuring the Most Wonderful Card Kit from The Stamp Market (no longer available). I color blended the Heart Stencil that was included in the kit....and used a bigger SU Heart Die to cut it out. The Thank You Layering Die is also from The Stamp Market. At last I scored the lines and added some Silver Pearls. The colors for my card are SU- Pretty in Pink and PTI - Pure Poppy.

INSPIRED BY #IB161 - PRETTY AS A PITCHER

We are showcasing another beautiful Inspired By Challenge....

Here is this weeks inspiration photo Pretty as a Pitcher #IB161.....

My inspiration came from the Pink Pitcher.

When I saw this inspiration photo I immediately thought of my favorite pitcher image Tulips for Friends from Flourishes. Unfortunately the company is longer in business, but it will always be super special to me. I colored the tulip image with various Copic Markers and placed a Doily behind it. The sentiment is from PTI - Ways To Say: Birthday Mini Set. The DP is from the PTI - Lovely Lady Collection and I matched it up with a matching Pink Ribbon.

COLOR THROWDOWN #628 - JUST A NOTE

Hello and happy weekend!

Hope you are having a good weekend so far? I decided to play the COLOR THROWDOWN #628...

Here is this weeks color combo - PINK, LAVENDER, YELLOW AND MINT GREEN....

For my card I used the colors - SU - Pretty in Pink, Mint Macaron and Lavender Lace, along with PTI - Bright Buttercup.

I started my card by adding a piece of the PTI - Amethyst Allure DP Collection. Next I stamped the sentiment from The Greetery - Opposites Attract Set. The flower and leave images are from the retired PTI - Blooming Cute Set. At last I added some Silver Pearls...voila!

We have a beautiful Inspired By Challenge waiting for you....

Here is this weeks inspiration photo Krafty Love #IB160 along with this weeks sketch....

My inspiration came from the hearts, the colors and the sketch. 

My card is very straight forward....first I added the sentiment from the PTI - Ways to Say: I Love You Mini Set. Next I scored the lines on the White CS. The top of the heart was crafted with some My Mind's Eye DP - Lost & Found Two Blush Collection. The bottom is from some left over Corrugated CS. At last I added some Black/White Gingham Ribbon, a small Button, White Scrapper's Floss and Silver Pearls.
