Happy Valentine's Day
Do you recognize the DSP????
Yes - it's from last year...I liked it so much I bought two of them...and then I did not have a chance to work with it.
So this year it comes in really handy, because SU
has not offered any "Valentine" DSP so far....
The Ribbon is also from last year from the "Flirty"
line. The base Cardstock is Regal Rose and the layered CS is Close to Cocoa plus Whisper White. The embossed Heart is from the CB embossing folder "Decorative Hearts".
I also pierced above and below the DSP. The sentiment is from "Holidays & Wishes". The "Turquoise" Rhinestones are from SU.

Cherish this Day
Hope you like it better.....
This will be my last card for Sharon's challenge # 15 - since I'm running out off new stuff - LOL!!!
I bought these cute embossing folders "Decorative Hearts" at Michaels with my gift card.....
Yes - I love Michaels can you tell???
I can't wait to see all the new spring items they will have soon....
Okay, with this card I used the Whisper White Cardstock - which I think works much better with the embossing folders!!!
The "Cherish the Day" sentiment is from a Clear Stamp Set I also purchased at Michaels and it's from "Danielle Johnson" called "Art Warehouse Borders"....The Ribbon is 5/8" Regal Rose from Stampin Up.
I'm so looking forward to Valentine's Day....TFL!!!
Contemporary Birthday Card
This is a card I created last night after I starred for about 1/2 hour at some buttons and all of a sudden it hit me...
I had some left over White Cardstock from Papertrey and I scored two lines on top and two below the flowers. Have I mentioned I love my Scor Pal???
The Card measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2.
Then I added some medium "Lilac" Rhinestones from SU in the middle of the buttons that I have bought at Walmart - they came in a Ribbon/Button Combo and I only paid a $1.50 for that (it has some cool bright buttons!!!)
The felt flowers I bought a couple of weeks ago at Target from the Dollar section.... I like a good bargain!!! The "Happy Birthday" is from the "All Holiday" Set....
Hope you'll have a great Sunday!!! TFL

L.O.V.E
Well it's been raining down here in the South....which is of couse a great day to stamp - he,he,he!!!
I'm just having fun playing with my new "Nestablilities" from Papertrey.
Here is a little problem I have:
After I embossed the large Rectangle
I have little partical's in the fold..is that normal and how do you remove it without damaging the card???
I would appreciated if anyone would
leave me a comment about this!!!
Back to the card...I use the White Papertrey Cardstock, Love & Joy Set, Real Red 5/8" Ribbon,
lots of "Hero Arts" clear gemstones...and my new "Hero Arts" Clear Stamp Set called "Friendship Messages" - and as you can tell I used the little heart stamp.
I think I'll also enter this one under Sharon's challenge #15...I'm having way too much fun creating cards today - can you tell???
New Embossing CB Folders
Wedding Card
This is the first Wedding Card I have made....
This will also be another card I'm posting under
Sharon's challenge #15.
I bought this fun Clear Wedding Stamp Set at Michaels with my Gift Card I received from my In-Laws...The Set is from Doodlebug Design. It's really cute....
The DSP is from DCWV and its called "Glitter BW Stripe" from All Occasion Print. The Glitter is "Ultra Fine Jewel Glitter" I think I bought it at Michaels a couple of years ago.....
I also treated myself for christmas with the rectangular "Nestablities" from Papertrey.
I'm still trying to master them!!! It's not so easy....
Anyway...One of our good friend's daughter is getting married...and I'm still in shock since I can still see her as a little girl in front of me...and now she is getting married - all I can say is - I'm getting old!!!
We are of course so happy for her and I hope she will enjoy this Wedding Card I have made for her.....
Enjoy your day...TFL!!!

Happy Heart
This is my card for Sharon's aka notimetostamp
challenge #15.
Please go to her blog - which you can find under my favorite bloggs on the left hand side - to find out more information.....Maybe you can get inspired too!!!
For this card I used a "Heart" chipboard from the
"On Board Accents" from SU. I used the "Glitter"
technique - I used the "Romantic Red" from SU -
and on the back of the heart I placed the Stampin Dimensionals to create a 3-D look.....
I treated myself for Christmas and bought the "Scor-Pal"...Yes, I broke down and bought one right before Christmas and it was deliverd on the 24th of December....great timing - I love it - he,he,he!!!
Then I pierced above and below the scored lines.
The sentiment is from "Hero Arts" and it's a clear stamp set called "Friendship Messages". I added some red Rhinstones from Making Memories on each side....TFL!!!
For my Sister
I just can't keep my busy little fingers off the glitter.....and the chipboard - LOL!!!
I was making this card for my little sister's birthday.
I would have never thought I would like "Ruby Red" as much I do.....it coordinates so beautifully with the "Ginger Blossom" DSP...and the
"Blue Bayou" brings the best out of all colors!!!
I wish you could see it in person -it's really pretty!!!
Anyway I hope you like it too...TFL

My Mom's Birthday Card
I hope everybody had a wonderful Holiday???
Even though I was not to much in a christmas spirit - we had a nice relaxing, laid back christmas....
Today I was already running around taking my oldest daughter to her doctor appointment....shopping etc.
This afternoon I enjoyed making my mother's birthday card.....January is my busiest birthday month - my DH, my mom, my little sis and an aunt!!!
I have been playing with my chipboards as you can tell by my other cards I have made.
This time I tried the Glitter version....I love it!!! First I inked the chipboard with "Blue Bayou"
then I used the 2-way Glue Pen and right away sprinkled it with my blue Martha Stewart Glitter.
The Chipboards are actually from "Basic Grey" and they are the "Mini Mono's". I have used some of my SU Letters already on my Scrapbooking......so I had to opt for different ones!!!
These are a little bigger so they are great for longer cards!!! The ones from SU are a bit smaller....and are great for regular size cards.... - just in case you wanted to know - he,he, he!!!
I have used a "Long Note" (Groovy Guava), Ruby Red CS and the new DSP "Ginger Blossom"
I layered them and distressed the edges. Plus I pierced the top and bottom row right above the Cardstock......the I added the glittered Chipboards and voila there is my card!!!

WE HAVE A WINNER!!!
It is "Val"....she was my 16th comment!!! Congrats!!!
I almost forgot to tell you about my New Years Resolution....here we go:
My goal is to lose 30 pounds!!! Unfortunatly after having my third daughter it's been real hard and somewhat laziness on my part to maintain my weight, plus I love to eat...and also with each year that I'm getting older I don't have the discipline to stick with any diet...but this year I'm sticking to it because I'll be 40 in October and I know if I can't do it this time it will never happen !!!
Here is another thought of mine....with every 10 pounds I lose - I'll give away another BLOG CANDY so I have you to report to....keep checking with me and keep me on my toes!!!
Merry Christmas to you all and I'll be talking to you soon....
God Bless
Silke and Family

Thanks so much
If you have not gotten the "New"
Spring/Summer Catalog I have a little info to share....
The colors are soft - like the
"Groovy Guava", "River Rock" and "Soft Sky". I guess that's more the "girly" soft side....
What I also like this time - SU seems
to have a lot more "boy" colors which I also love since we have a ton of friends with boys....and I never know what to do - my problem is solved for the next half year!!!
As you know I love bright colors as well...and you'll find lots of fun ideas for that too!!! I thought I would tease you all a little bit - (he,he,he), but if you have any questions...feel free to contact me via e-mail silkeledlow@yahoo.com and I'll be happy to answer them for you!
Back to my featured card...I guess I was inspired by the "softer" colors in the new catalog.
I really like "Groovy Guava", but have not done much with it - I know I'll have plenty of opportunity now.
So I incooperated the "Groovy" color and mixed it with "Chocolate Chip" and
a "Wild Wasabi" DSP 6"x6" that the Demo's were able to preorder this past Spring - can't remember exactly anymore.
I inked the Flower Chipboard with Wild Wasabi as well. I finished that part with the Groovy Guava DS Ribbon. For the inside of the flower I used the "Riveting" Hostess Set from the
2006 Catalog. I finished that with a punched out flower from the "Three for You Punch Box"
and added some Silver Brads.
Well, what do you think - are you a fan of softer colors or more brighter colors???? TFL

Thank You
I was just playing around with the "Spring Solitude Wheel " that comes with the Level II Hostess Set.
I was also trying to keep it simple and fun...So I choose a bright color -
"Pixi Pink".
And since I like to add a little "bling" to my cards I finished the flowers of with the small & big "clear" gemstones from "Hero Arts".
The picture I took does not do the card justice so I'll see if I can come up with a better one.....
Make a Wish
I always liked the color "Taken with Teal" and this color is one of my favorites for the Spring.....
I think it looks really great with Real Red and Whisper White. Can you tell I like bright colors???
This Card is 3x3 and as you can tell I used some of the white Rub-ons for the border and for the sentiment.
A couple of weeks ago I have found these great looking flowers made out of felt at the Target Dollar section and believe it or not there are some felt flowers featured in the new catalog....cool!!!
For the white flower I have used the Spring Flower Bouquet Punch and finished that with a "Teal" looking Rhinstone from Making Memories. I also added thin stripes of white and red and stapled them on each side....
Don't forget to sign up for my blog candy giveaway...you have three more days!!!
Happy Birthday
I guess after going trought the "NEW" Spring/Summer Catalog I'm ready for "Spring"
to come...
I think the new Catalog is fun and fresh with great ideas!!!
I was inspired by the fun colors and here is what I came up with....I used a Wild Wasabi Long
Note and embellished it with the "Cutie Pie" DSP, Rose Red CS, White Rub-on flower lines, DS Wild Wasabi Ribbon and I inked the Chipboard Flower with Rose Red ink and then I dotted the Chipboard with the Uni Gel Pen. I also pierced the card and scored it...
Isn't this a fun card??? TFL

Breath of Fresh Air
After all this partying the last couple of days....I took some "me" time and stamped!!!
I wanted to do something with the new rub-ons we were able to order from the preview brochure....I did not realize that there are two sheets of rub-ons in it - white and black!!! Love it....
I used the white big flower from the rub-on and rubbed it onto Tempting Turquoise CS and then I trimmed around it. The card is 5x5.
The base CS is Rose Red and the DSP is "Bali Breeze".
I used the white sentiment "You are a Breath of Fresh Air" and also a white border. Just click on the picture to see a larger image......TFL
Don't forget to register for my blog candy giveaway!!!

Yes - "she" finally got replaced!!!
My husband was so nice to buy this new camera for me - what would I do with out this man - he is the best!!!
I embossed the 3x3 card with the new "Dots" template from SU. I bought the Ribbon at Target in the Dollar section this Spring....and the sentiment is from the set called
"Holiday & Wishes".
I'll be working on my blog candy next...so check back soon!!!
Miriam's 3rd Birthday
Here is my "Birthday Girl"....
I can't believe she is 3 yrs already - I still feel like I just gave birth to her!!!

My Girls
Hello everybody - I can't believe that this is the first time since Saturday that I have time to post my girls picture.....
We had a wonderful time at our party...unfortunately it rained..but we still had a good amount of people show up.
The kids crafted some ornaments and loved running around in the rain..I loved it too , because they went to sleep early!!!
That gave me a chance to prepare for my baby girls 3rd Birthday - which is today. Plus Miriam had her last day in preschool, so I had to get her teachers present ready....as you know the day just does not have enough hours in it.
So today we have the Grandparents come and celebrate. Tomorrow Mimi will celebrate with some of her friends...and then I have a couple of days to breath!!!
Until then - Happy Holidays!!!
I almost forgot - I can't believe that over 1,000 people visit my blog - YEAHHH!!!
I'm so excited I'll have some blog candy ready soon - so please come back and check again!!!

Thank You
This is another card for the challenge I thought I would share it with you really quick before I have to go....
I bought this "Illuminations" Set for my personal use, since I thought it was so gorgeous!!!
This is also the first time I have been working with it and let me tell you it is so elegant!!!
I'll catch up with you later and let you know how our x-mas party turned out.....???
Thinking of You
I really like Sharon's challenge....
I'm a big fan of simple, quick yet elegant cards!!!
I think I have a couple more ideas...but I have to get ready for our Neighborhoods x-mas party....so I'll be making some more maybe this evening....
This card was embossed with the Cuttlebug and I stamped a sentiment on the bottom...- easy!!!
The Satin Ribbon is gorgeous and gives every card an elegant look!!!
Have a wonderful day and thank you for looking!!!

Peace-Joy-Love
I was just in the middle of telling you all about my card...when my computer was acting up and I lost everything I wrote....
So here we go again....I finally entered my second challenge and I started with an easy one.
Thanks to Sharon aka notimetostamp...I created this card...
Please click on her blog which you can find under my favorites to read all about it and if you like enter yourself!!!
I used only White Cardstock, Basic Black Ink and the wonderful new
"Taffeta Kraft Ribbon" from SU.
I hope you see the scored lines around the card - I scored at 1/2" and 3/4" - I thought that would give it a nice touch!!!
So this was a very simple and fast card....TFL

Time to Celebrate LOVE
A good camera would have come in handy right now...
This is about the best picture I took..after trying 1000 times!!!
To see it closer - click on the picture.
I'll see if I can come up with a better one tomorrow....Anyway - I was trying out the new
"Celebrate Everything" Set from the Preview Brochure.
I wanted to create a "Chocolate Wrap" for Valentine...I know it's not even x-mas yet...and I'm thinking of Valentine - LOL!!!
I guess I'm just ready to move on!!! But this Wrap was intended to fit a '"big" Chocolate Bar - YUMMY!!!
I also used the new "Bali Breeze" DSP. It coordinates with Pumpkin Pie, Taken with Teal , Old Olive and Rose Red - just beautiful!!!
Now I have to go to the store and make sure I buy a lot of Candy Bars......see you later! TFL

Rose Spring Solitude
This "New" Hostess Set is really fun to play with.....
I don't know if you can tell, but I stamped the background with the solid flower stamp from this set...and I used Pretty in Pink Ink. It's just a touch lighter than the Rose Red.
If you like - just click on the picture to see it a little bigger!!!
I colored the flowers with the Watercolor Pensil from SU and the I used the Blender Pen to give it a "softer" touch!!!
For the Ribbon I used a wider black one that I had in my stash...
The Cardstock is Rose Red, Basic Black and Whisper White.....TFL!!!

Spring Solitude
Hi you all....how excited are you about the new preview catalog???
Well, I am!!! To be honest I'm always excited about the "new stuff"...and I always want to get everything!!!
After a couple of times looking at it I make a list of "what I like absolutely the best" and that's how I narrow it down....but I do love the feeling of wanting everything - LOL!!!
Anyway, we as a Demonstrator had the option of choosing "one" new Hostess Set and this is the one I have choosen. It's called "Spring Solitude" and it's a Level II
Hostess Set - it also comes with a Stampin Wheel!!! Isn't it pretty??? Make sure you'll host a workshop or a catalog workshop in January to get this beauty....
For some unknown reason - LOL - I used the"Watercolor Pencils" from SU and came up with this card...I wanted a soft color (Bashful Blue) and a strong background (Basic Black) color....the base is Whisper White.
Hope you like it??? TFL

Pyramid Treat Boxes
Last night as I was going through some more of my stuff and guess what??? I found my Templates I had bought at Target...and this includes the "Pyramid" one....I planned on creating something for "Easter", but I guess I was sidetracked - LOL!!! The Templates come in a bigger and a smaller size - so 2 in 1.
Since I am a Designer Paper Freak and so many to choose from I thought I'll do something with the "Dashing DSP" from SU - I think that's my favorite for this Season besides all the other ones (he,he,he).
So I traced the smaller Template onto the DSP.
Then I placed the Pweter Jumbo Eyelets on each side - that was a little tricky since the Crop-A-Dile is not long enough. After that I tied Real Red Ribbon plus the Wild Wasabi DS Ribbon on the sides...and after that I finished the project with the stamped image on the scalloped circle. On each box I used the Stampin Dimensionals to lift the circle up!!!
With the bigger Box I just used the Silver Cord and wrapped it around and tied it underneath the flabs...holds it better in position!!! Same thing I finished the box with the stamped image onto the scalloped circle....TFL!!!

Holiday Note Pads
Can you tell I am hooked on these....
I found this fun Designer Paper in my stash of papers I bought through out the years....
It's from "Creative Imaginations".
I also found these cute Note Pads in a stash of stuff I have bought last year at Michaels, they match this paper
perfectly.
For the Ribbons I used the 5/8" Grosgrain Real Red and Regal Rose.
I think these Ribbons are a "must have"!!!
Anyway, I think I'm done for the evening....my girls are in desperate need of their mother.....
Have a good night....TFL!!!
More Note Pads
Coaster Note Pads
A little while back I was telling you, that I'm trying to make most of my gifts this year myself....
Well, when I saw Angie's Coaster Note Pads I knew that I wanted to try these too!!!
Not only are they totally cute - they serve a purpose too.... I'll be making them for my daughters teachers!!!
For these coasters I used the "Winter Bright" DSP from the Kit on top and in the back I used Wild Wasabi CS.
The Ribbons are Wild Wasabi DS and
Rose.... The measurements are 4x4.
I also wanted to let you know that I used chipboard for the coasters. I was finishing up the Holiday Glitz Kit yesterday and it had the chipboard to support the paper in the back...instead of throwing it away I used it for the coasters. So hold on to your thicker chipboards you can always make some beautiful coasters.....
Here is a link to Angie's pretty coasters....if you don't feel like making them...she is selling hers - better hurry they will go fast!!!
http://www.stampingchic.com/.shared/image.html?/photos/uncategorized/2007/12/06/more_post_its_2.jpg
Thank you Angie for inspiring me!!!

Holiday Glitz with Snow Burst
Hi ya'll....hope you are enjoying your Holiday shopping????
It's crazy out there!!!
I have to confess - I love to shop! But not at this time of year.... I hate standing in line for ever...especially with my kids...I like to shop through out the year for gifts...not only you get better deals but it comes with less hassle!!!
Anyway, while everybody is fighting the crowd - I stamp....and this card I made last night. I tried to finish up my "Holiday Glitz" supply. I only added the silver cord and a red gemstone. I also trimmed the Real Red CS and added the left over onto the scalloped area.
Have fun shopping...and I'll be stampin some more!!!

Mimi's Nugget Treats
Okay, this is it....
These are my Mimi's Nugget Treats for her birthday.
I think they came out okay. After trying many boxes I think this one is a winner!!!
Since it's right before x-mas I did not want to create a big treat bag...most kids are already super excited about the holidays and I did want to add to that bouncing of the wall behavior - LOL!!!
These little treats are great to hand out as a "Thank you" for coming. I'll let you know how Miriam's birthday went!

Birthday Girl
Hello everybody,
I hope you all had a great weekend!?!
December kinda snuck up on me...wow time flies!!!
I was busy finishing up my christmas cards this weekend. I think next year I have to find a faster project....
Anyway since I got done with the holiday ones I startet
working on my "Mimi's" Birthday Invitations....
Don't you love the "All in the Family" set???
I got this card idea from Michelle Fischer on SCS, she used this "girly girl" version on a Birthday Card as well
and I absolutely loved it....so I had to use her outline for the card!!! I switched a couple of things around and used different wording and I think it is to cute!!!
Michelle if you see this - Thank you for making it easy on me....!!!! And also where are you - I have not seen you on SCS???
Here is a link to her SCS Bithday card
http://splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/678425?cat=500&ppuser=14296
The DSP is "Petals & Paisleys", I used Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Green Galore and Whisper White CS. The wording is from "Hugs & Wishes" and I also used Spring Flower Bouquet Punch plus the Daisy Punch.

Old Olive Nugget Box
This one I'll probably give to our
UPS man he is always so nice and always has a smile on his face!!!
Plus he brings me all my goodies.....
I know everybody likes "their" brown man!!!
Our Postal guy deserves one too, so I guess I'll be making another one.......
Have a good one and if you are looking for the template for these lovely boxes go down two pictures to find the link......
Nugget Box
I'm in the Nugget Box creating spirit - lol!!!
These boxes are so much fun to make.....
This time I made a matching card with it.
I only used Real Red Cardstock and Ink and of course Whisper White.
I actually stamped the Merry Christmas from the "Party Punch" Hostess Set onto some Address lables (1"x 2 5/8") and wrapped them around the nuggets - super simple....and they stick better!!!
Click on the picture to get a better look and have fun making them!!!

Dashing Nugget Box
Hi everybody,
My camera is/was acting up....I could not take any pictures - SORRY!!!
Today we had a good talk and I was telling my
camera if "she" continues with this she'll be gone and I'll invest in a new one!!! LOL
So "she" got her act together and allowed me to take some pictures.....
I created this cute nugget box a couple of days ago. For the main wrap of the box I used the
Dashing DSP from SU. I stamped the "Sweets" from the "Sweet Sampler" set with Real Read Ink on Very Vanille Cardstock (since it matches the Dashing DSP). I had to trim the dots off. Then I punched out the scalloped part with the "Super Large Scalloped Oval Punch" from Marvy Uchida. I wish SU would sell them too...... Anyway - I used the Stampin Dimensionals to give it a 3-D look. The little flower was punched out with the "Three for You" punch. I also used a Old Olive Brad in the middle of the flower....
For my box I used the 3-Nugget-Template. I'm sending you to a site where you can pick your template from a 3 to 16 Nugget Box....Have fun!!!

More Peek-A-Boo Boxes
My "little" Miriam is soon celebrating her 3rd birthday....so I'm trying to come up with a box
that we can use as a "Thank you" gift for coming to her party.....I used the "Time Well Spent"
set. This set is great for little girls!
For the base I used So Saffron CS and Ink then I stamped it with the "Sweet Sampler" Dotted stamp.I colored the butterfly with Pretty in Pink Marker and also used Hero Arts clear gemstones on them. The Ribbon is Pretty in Pink (SU) plus a black stitched Ribbon from Michaels. Let me know what you think?!?
Click on any of my pictures to have a closer look....also please go down on this page and print out your own template on the link that I have posted from my first box.

Did you see all those cute little "Halloween" ones???
I have the "Sweet Sampler" set and I was trying to create something with it, but failed a couple of times.....but when I saw these little boxes at SCS I knew exactly what I wanted to do...and here it is my little peek-a-boo box.
You can fill the boxes with anything you like....I'll put little Caramel Kisses in them. Hope you'll have time to try these boxes too....

Bookmarks inspired by Sharon
With the holidays being right around the corner I'm always looking for some great crafting ideas I can create with my girls....
This year my goal is to craft most of my gifts since my in-laws have everything they could ask for...my family is overseas and we don't exchange gifts....my girls will be receiving gift cards so they can pick what ever they like since they have their own taste already - lol!!!
So I want to at least create something from my heart....I fell in love with the wonderful bookmarks Sharon Johnson made - here is her blog:
http://notimetostamp.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com
Not only does she make beautiful bookmarks, she creates the most beautiful cards, boxes......you name it she comes up with something super cool!!! I love all her info's too....
Anyway this is the bookmark I created....I used River Rock and Chocolate Chip CS, Apple Cider DSP. I also used Chocolate Chip Ink. I bought these fun little 9 mm"Jingle Bells" at Michaels. The Stamp Set is "True Friend".
I'll be making a couple more.... Have a great weekend!!!
Time Well Spent
I received my x-mas present from Stampin'Up last night....I knew it was coming and of course I couldn't wait until UPS brought it. So as soon as I had it I ripped it open and let me tell you - it is so pretty!!!
It's so exciting because it's a Level III hostess set in the new Spring/Summer 2008 catalog....
This afternoon I had to play around and this is my first card I made with this set....nothing to crazy, but I don't know if you can tell I have used alot of Stampin Dimensionals to raise the images up... I made another picture from the side so you can see it better...
If you like this set get in touch with your demonstrator and book your workshop today or you can also earn this beautiful set with a catalog show !!!
I can't wait for the new catalog to come!!!! Getting this set makes me even more excited.......

Pink Birthday Card
You know I had to create a girly girl card....
Well, I took the same layout as before. With this card I used the Rose Red Prints DSP, Pretty in Pink and Purley
Pomegranate CS plus the WW.
The Scalloped Circle Punch is the "Giga" Size from Marvy Uchida. The inner circle was cut with the Coluzzle Cutter.
The Flowers are from the "Punch Box"....
The size for this card is 3 1/4" x 6 1/4
Hope you have a chance to make one......

Birthday Card
My father-in-law's birthday is on Tuesday so I had to come up with a card...I'm not so good with masculine cards.
This is as good as it will get....-lol!!!
Believe it or not I do not have any blue DSP. Thank goodness Stampin'Up is running a Promotion on DSP.
I'll definitely have to get some!!!
I wanted to mention that I saw this layout in the
"Paper made easy" Magazine - October issue and the "Original" was designed by Lindsey Botkin.
I used different DSP (Mellow by Basic Grey), I choose
Old Olive for the base and Chocolate Chip. I used
different wording and added the "Punch Box" flowers underneath.
Hope you like it and I'll catch up with you soon.
Cuttlebug Flower
This is the first Saturday in a while that I don't have anything going on.
My husband went to the GSU via Furman game...my baby girl is sleeping, my middle child is not feeling well and taking a long nap, my oldest is playing with her friend - I love it!!!
I bought myself this wonderful Cuttlebug a while back and let me tell you, I finally got my favorite templates a couple weeks ago and now I have time to play.....
I posted some of my first cards I made with the Cuttlebug in the October section....
For this card I choose the colors - So Saffron, Wild Wasabi and Chocolate Chip. I really like the colors together...I guess I felt a little "spring" like.
Anyway, I was trying the template called "Textile" from Cuttlebug - it's so pretty!!! The tag with the circle was lifted with the Stampin Dimensionals - got the idea from "markiesmom". The Brad in the flower (Prima) is from "K&Company" (Michaels). I also used the Copper Hardware with the DS Ribbon from Stampin'Up.
I like cards that are not to complicated....Have a great weekend!!!
